Five Guys — Restaurant in Tennessee

I’ve had to redo on this review Soo I understand that yall had to cut down on the size of the French fries but it’s went wayyyy to far in the other direction.They still tell you at the front that two small fries is like a ton of fries when in reality they are about the size of a Wendy’s small fry a piece.I got two small fries and burgers for like 35$ which is fine but then I look down into the bag and there’s like barely a Wendy’s small fry in there a piece when like I said I bought two small fries So I complained and staff was very friendly and promptly gave me like a lot more fries and with that said I’m not asking you to go totally back to the way it was cause I can see why you had to cut back The guy said management was complaining about the amount of fries given out but you can’t go back soooo far in the other direction To where you’re barely giving any fries at all Love this restaurant Food is great But when you give 35$ for two burgers and fries I mean give some...

The prices have gone up. I ordered a small cheeseburger, small fries now $4.5! and a small drink. $22 total! when I put my card in I was presented with tipping, I looked and could find no way to refuse the tip. If it was there, I couldn't find it (the screen was damaged), I chose the minimum. My problem with this is the presumption that I am going to give them a tip for? For what? I mean I didn't get any service beyond the food preparation. So what was I tipping? It felt mandatory. Unless something changes at 5 Guys (like the prices come down and the tipping thing is removed), that will be my last trip there. Also, I wasn't impressed with the food. The hamburger was good but not great, definitely not $10. Yeah $10 buck for the small burger. The small fries were over seasoned. The drink was the best thing about the visit. We've ate at Five Guys for years because we like their healthy food - but this location's incompetance and customer service is horrible. They only put 1 double patty hamburger in our bag - not 2. When we called to complain the manager stuck up for the employee and barated us for not double checking our receipt / bag before leaving! My husband just suffered a stroke and I have difficulty driving w/my diabetic feet. The idea of driving all the way back there from Knoxville was out of the question. When we explained that to the manager she didn't care. Said we'd have to come all the way back! No apology. UPDATE: We reached out to Five Guys corporate. Hope they can correct the problems at this location. We're glad to say, Five Guys corporate apologised and sent us $20 in gift cards!
