Decent coffee shop for a small town in the Midwest. They don't have a huge dark roast selection of coffee ☕ but it was ok. The coffee wasn't strong for black iced Americano. I am partial to Cafe du Monde and y'all don't understand. That. So yeah ok for mediocre coffee. The baked goods seemed fresh but,I didn't care to elaborate the stay further. So can't comment on food. As a huge coffee advocate my advice is coffee shops should have varieties like a lot if different new different flavors spices and levels of boldness. In my opinion. So id like to see a well rounded shop open where. The espresso is available from 25 different countries. Be unique. Starbs has all y'all beat only bc of variety !!!!! Game up level up corporate America isn't on small business side so in my opinion expanding the selection and maybe painting walls cleaning waxed floors and entry vents in the front above restrooms were all I looked at. Big open wild west spaces, private nooks and rooms, easily surprised with so many cozy tables and corners, I was out right at home. Good wifi, free parking, corner hotspot for dialing up the java and running that grind. I noticed sadly for all the inviting quality atmosphere, hosting a number of people, the kitchen is stuck with the mainstream Starbucks style mass provided syrup flavors. Nothing crafted, meaning everything is excessively diabetes inducing and for all the espresso quality, the riveting flow of sucralose flows drowning those bitter and chocolate and thousands of bean notes. I did the peppermint cocoa latte. A default since trying to avoid dairy, another sad seeing egg nog but only cow derived, next time I shall risk the moo juice! The girl that took my order was decent enough but when the other girl went to make it she was trying to tell her what went in it, she seemed new, but instead of just helping her and telling her she was like "no, that's not it.
