My wife bought washer/dryer, dishwasher, stove and a refrigerator from them. When purchased the old man specifically told her if she needed to get an exchange or refund that she would need to do so within 30 days and bring the yellow receipt. We'll we tried countless times to get them out to fix it, everytime was an excuse why they couldn't come and I finally came to the conclusion that they were trying to keep us waiting so there 30 day warranty would run out so I took them back myself to get the refund the old man told my wife about when purchasing. All they wanted to do was exchange it for more junk they had that was way older and in rougher shape than the $400 stove and the $1000 refrigerator that we purchased. After calling the actual owner countless times trying to figure out why my wife was lied to i was told he would not refund my money and that he would only exchange it for more of there junk which again was way older and not of the same value of what we bought so I left that junk in front of his store and drove to lowes and bought brand new with an actual warranty not that crap they supposedly offer. So if your thinking of buying from them please reconsider and go somewhere else they are crooks and they are not men of the word. They will try to string you along until your 30 day warranty runs so they don't have to fix the junk they sold you. This place is a joke. I bought an electric stove without realizing my house didn't have a 220v outlet for it. Went back, because the place specifically said on reciept return within 30 days. To trade, not get money back, but trade for equal value. I found a Whirlpool gas stove, which was $100 more. Keep in mind these stoves are used. I get it home, use it once, and it immediately starts beeping and flashing f5 constantly. Look it up, and it says it means the control panel needs replaced. The cost of which is almost as much as the stove itself. I paid $400 already, so after having to wait till my wife and I had a day off work. We finally got it back up there a week later. They unload it out the back of my car, and immediately start throwing accusations at us. Saying we bent this and we bent that, when any damage sustained was either already there, or when the owner of the place helped me load it in my vehicle personally. One guy told the other guy to toss it back in my vehicle, and he literally picked it up and threw it in my car! Scratching up the back of my vehicle, and further damaging the unit itself! We made a complaint with the police department, and will be suing in civil court. If I had damaged it myself why the hell would I of been trying to return it? Not too mention they refuse to give you money back, and all we wanted was to trade for a stove that didn't have malfunctions! I do not recommend buying from this place, because it's a shady...

I bought a $250 washer...it leaked water . They brought another one out ... it leaked. They told me they were testing another one to make sure everything was okay . Brought it out and it doesn't leak but doesn't sound good when running. Makes weird noises. I sent him a video with it running. I told him since I pd $250 I'd let him give me $200 back and pick up this washer. He goes I should charge you for the deliveries @$50 a pop.
