Normally do drive thru. Had to wash my hands. Washing your hands w little to water proves that the workers aren't washing before returning to work. It took me 20 tries to get the aoad off my Hands. One sink I gone. Everyone was waiting but the water wasn't working. Service was amazing. Turn around to sat and water is dripping all over the dining area. Cups on a table of one side. We find a seat in the back that was dry. Look up and the wall paper had been replaced with tape covering mold and mildew. O bout vomited 🤢 my food back up. We left immediately without complaining. The dining area was so disgusting and needs to be shut completely down until the water pressure is repaired and the mold in the dining. I had to rush home an take meds to keep me from letting my food come back up. The owners own the whole area no reason why it's molded that way. It could be a while lawsuit if the wrong people had water drop on their food. It's Friday the only reason I didn't contact the Health dept. No way the dining is open to the public in the state it's in. The bathroom is shared with the gas station an no one can wash their hands...
Read moreNot sure what the problem was, but I ate here several times mid-September while visiting from out of state and each time there were problems. First of all, the nuggets were small, smaller than quarters, so small I didn’t recognize them. They were barely filling, even for a child. Second, I was given 5 nuggets when I ordered a 6 piece! Either they were short a nugget and decided to be lazy and send it out anyway or someone is extremely incompetent in math and counting. Our order wasn’t even big or confusing. We both developed cramps and severe stomach aches only when drinking their fountain soda like clockwork. I eat Wendy’s all the time, have never been served small nuggets AND shorted 1… that was the biggest middle finger from them. I’m still mad about it a month later. Unless they have a cook or chef still learning their numbers in pre school this surely was intentional. Paying for 6 means I...
Read moreWas soo appalled at the manager at this location. My mother and I tried to order online with a gift card and for some reason it wasn't working, so we drove through. We ordered our meals and went to pay. When the card didn't work the cashier got the manager. He came over very annoyed and tried to swipe it again. He said there was nothing on the card, I tried to show him my phone where it said the balance. He couldn't even be bothered to look at me nor my phone. Asked if we had another form of payment . Of course we did, but why spend cash when we have a gift card. He looked at me after that statement and said "Then Bye!" and closed the window on us. After traveling cross country and getting in so late it was very upsetting. I've been a restaurant manager and in the service for 22 years and the level of respect and professionalism from this...
