9•14•24 2:30ish Normally for me I drive 45 min to come to this specific one but today idk the staff was a bit off in cooking area. My cashier was very hospitable and very nice. Shout out to Cody he specifically mentioned to the cooks exactly what I wanted, but the cooks seemed to fail.and ignore him. I asked for everything freshly made meaning hot well fries were very hot but for my fresh fish sammich was not and not even the cheese melted with the heat had to get up and say hey what happened it isn't fresh it is preheated fish and you can tell because it becomes darker in the breading vs. Fresh, it's a golden brown and HOT! so you can't fool the client people. IYKYK. Another staff member named Claudia is very rude. A Hispanic lady was telling her she needed 2 small cones Mrs. Claudia hands her a large cone when the client Tries to communicate with her and Mrs Claudia didn't ask for a translator either she just stood there till I told her the client said she wanted 2 small cones not a large one she gave attitude and mumble I can't read minds bla bla but was very rude. Made me upset when she came back. I told her she said, "Oh yeah, I'm giving her this one 1st, then I'll make the 2nd one.. I was like explaining to the customer she would return with another. She said they didn't listen. I kept telling her, and she was just in a daze and didn't get anyone to help me or her. I was like, "Wow, then the mgr, Connie.I told her that what is up? I come to this one, and everything is off, and I pointed out that Mrs. Claudia is some kind of special meaning rude. And her Connie the mgr. Said, " I'm clocked out." I was like... what? That being said, she didn't call the next person in charge she was interacting with Claudia about her own order and getting it right because God forbid she gets it wrong. Yet everyone in line is waiting on good customer service, and the only one who did well was Mr. CODY. Aside from Connie and Claudia, they either need a coaching or a 101 on customer service. If you do not speak Spanish, which in this city is 98%, do learn it or get yourself a translator. As for management, you need to do better and not just walk away. That's just...
Read more0 stars for this McDonalds, super disappointed in the customer service and also preparation for the food as well. For starters, the young lady that took my order seemed confused and wasn't confident in taking my order and actually got my entire order wrong(I was too impatient to correct it). Went to the first window to pay and I said to the young man attending the window Hello and Thank you. Only to be completely ignored while him and his female co-worker were laughing it up and too busy in THEIR conversation. I go to the second window to pick up my already messed up order and I ACTUALLY ordered 2 bacon double quarter pounders, 1 double quarter pounder, 1 medium fry, and 2 large sprites. Instead they gave me 2 bacon double quarters (THEY FORGOT MY 3rd BURGER), 2 large sprites, 1 medium sprite, and 3 orders of medium fries. My boyfriend and I told the guy and he called his supervisor or manager over and we told him that our oder is completely wrong and he gave us extra, he asked us for our receipt and I couldn't find it, and the supervisor/manager replied to us "I can't find the receipt and without it we can't do anything." My boyfriend and I were fed up and just said "Okay" and left. Got home and they also didn't even give us any straws for our drinks either and only on of the the bacon double quarter pounders had bacon and the same one was completely RAW! The crew that was working this evening were a bunch of young kids, the person in charge of this McDonalds needs to make sure their staff knows how to prepare the food properly and efficiently. Customer service also needs to be up to better standards as well, the kids that are working need a reality check. Read moreBad experience turned great: I went to this McDonald's today to get a iced coffee, to my understanding something went down with the iced coffee machine so they asked me to wait a little longer, during that time my A/C stopped working and it is a very hot day do you can only imagine. One of the employees came out to make me better aware of the situation and told me he would be back with an ETA, after he left I thought it would be best for me to get my money and leave, I wasn't upset at them because I realized it was not their fault but I was cooking myself up in my car with no a/c and had waited a good amount of time. Shortly after he left a manager by the name of Will came out and apologized to me for the inconvenience, he had just been made aware of the situation, he told me they would not only refund my money back but also provide the coffee at no charge . He was very apologetic and understanding. Thank you Will and the other employee ( didn't catch his name)! Great customer service!
