Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in La Habra

It isn't hot OR ready. Went there last week and asked for a pizza. They did not have any anf the employee told me that it would take 10 minutes. I then asked for a deep dish and unsurprisingly I got and answer that would take 15 minutes. I then asked for a Hawaiian pizza and they told me that it would take 20 minutes so I just said forget it and left... Went in there today and ordered ahead of time through phone, got there and asked for my order and 2 orders of wings ones. I got a wait time of 10 minutes for the wings so the wings were a no go. I asked for a box of cheese bread and the employee replied saying thats a 5 dollar meal you have to wait for the cheese bread 10 minutes. So in conclusion why I keep stopping by is because it's on my way to work but it sucks this is never...

Worst service ever fr.They told us 10-15minutes for our 2pizzas, crazy bread, and cheese bread. We stood outside waiting for over 40minutes. Not to mention people who ordered before us STILL hadn’t gotten their food. Then they said they were out of crazy bread to everyone before us so they were trying to offer everyone their zero selection selection of 2 liter sodas. Homegirl at the register wasn’t even acknowledging or apologizing for the wait so I asked for a refund and she kept asking for my order number after not giving me a receipt. And even worse to find out they overcharged me without me knowing because they didn’t repeat my order. I wish I could give 0 stars because that’s what I would honestly rate. This location has gone downhill fast. Understaffed, wait times are out of control. Even when you order online, expect to wait 20 minutes longer than whatever time the app says your order will be ready. The staff always seems like they're in a bad mood and it's not uncommon to come in and find 7 or 8 customers waiting and all the staff is in the back area and nobody is up front helping customers. I don't blame the staff though. Whoever is managing this place is to blame. I live about a mile from this location, but I started going to the location in Whittier instead. Even though it's a bit farther from my house, I can actually get my food faster and get back home faster than going to...
