I usually like this spot but I order online and just pick up but today I did not have time to order online since it was busy at work. Got there ordered my sandwich and I chose the deal of the day which was the cold cut, it was all Bologna. No salami or ham. Then she proceeds to say that for the meal of the day we can only add lettuce tomato and onion nothing extra like cucumbers or spinach. I was so surprised because I've never heard of that ever! I then went to get a bottled drink because she mentioned that 2 of there sodas didn't work on the machine and said I couldn't swap it for a bottled drink... I told her I've done it before just a little fee extra. I don't know what's going on with this location but I will not be back And maybe not return to subway again if they continue to be so stingy or make up rules…
Ps while I was there eating to see if she did the same to everyone she did not, a usual came and she put all the toppings on it and he even got a bottled...

I just had a terrible service here. I order online buy 2 subs get one free and when I went in the two ladies there they had no order from me and money was taken from my account and I had confirmation of order. They said they cant make my order and they cant help me . I wasnt gonna just leave with out my paid sub so one lady looked at order a saw my order sitting there for around 30 . So they made my food when I got home they didnt put my mayo and avocado I payed $2 extra I couldnt go back cause I just had surgery. Very unhappy with my steak sandwich would not recommend this...

Purchased three footlong for me and my family and two drinks(one beverages out and they wouldn't replace it) , mine sub great the other two were made as if my 3yr old made them. I asked for a Turkey with easy mustard (the mustard was piled on).the third sandwich was supposed to be a grilled chicken with bacon, avocado, pepper jack cheese(no chicken) so sadly my wife had to fix what the employee messed up. Not going to waste anymore money at this...
