Eagles’ Nest — Restaurant in La Mirada

I can't tell you how many times I have had over 30 minute wait times for food I have ordered. The food taste is the only saving grace for this on campus establishment. There are many things that can be improved on. Customer service is abysmal. If I wait more than 15 minutes for food, I should at least get an apology. Tapingo gets messed up sometimes as well. It will occasionally say it is open when it is in fact closed, if this happens and you order food, you will be charged and never receive what you have payed for. Wait times are obvious. Food aesthetics are also in need of a touch up. I should never receive a square burrito. I don't care who is training, a square shaped burrito should never find itself in my hands.

unfortunately, with the new changes to eagles nest, it has gotten worse. No more loaded tater tots, and many other items that were the good ones in my opinion. And now they play christian music, which i understand it’s a christian school but i don’t appreciate it because many people come to eagles nest to study. It’s distracting and too loud. The white noise of the fan and kitchen were much better in the past. The one good thing is that they now have actual workers there instead of student workers, for the most part.
