Went to the cafe to get a caramel frappe and the entire drink was too watered down. Not drinkable once you took a few sips because they put too much ice in my drink. Paid for extra caramel and they gave me less as well as there being WAY too much milk in the drink. could barely taste the coffee or caramel syrup. As a cafe on a college campus it can easily become crowded, but the staff handles the shop well and customers like myself keep coming back. The atmosphere is lovely and lively.
