First time to had so bad experience. Just ordered 2 happy meals for my kids and extra 20 pieces chicken nuggets. After I paid and they told me to pick up at window 2. When I was waiting there, a lady opened the window and gave me 2 chocolate shake and one brown bag and then suddenly quickly close the window and gone. (there was a box looked like a hamburger and a large size French fries) . When I saw the bag, I knew they gave me wrong order. I tried to knock the window and nobody was there. I left my car and tried to open their door and their door all Were closed. A guy at the packing lot told me they had another open door in the other side of building. But I cannot just leave my kids at car and went that far to go in to talk with them. So I went back to my car and packed at the packing lot next to the drive through line. I had to talk with them by the drive through window. After I explained everything and brought back the wrong order bag and they told me to wait at the packing lot and they will bring my order there. And soon a guy came and bring 2 happy meal boxes to me and I told him we still have 20 pieces chicken nuggets. He looked very doubt and asked me “are you sure ?” And I said yes , please check the receipt. 2 happy meal and 20 pieces chicken nuggets. And then he pointed an old box (6 chicken nuggets) in my trash bag and said to me you already had 6 pieces chicken nuggets. Oh my goddess. That was the old box we purchased on last Saturday. I opened the box and showed the guy “the dried out ketchup “ and told him “this was the trash the old box “ we don’t have any chicken nuggets . And in the end , he brought the nuggets that we bought. During the whole thing, nobody said sorry . They don’t think sorry is necessary for this annoying thing. I felt very frustrated. Ok you don’t need to say sorry. But you cannot doubt we asked more than we bought. Service needs to be improved. Really bad...
Read moreIf I could, I would give it a zero. FYI this my first ever review of my life and I am 40+.
I was initially very happy when it opened in my neighborhood since all my kids are McD fans. Over a period of time I saw deteriorating service levels.
Today, however, they made a joke of such a good establishment. My order 44 at 02:34 pm on 07/22/2019 was delivered after 30 minutes and that too after repeated reminder and intervention of manager. They conveniently forgot the order! Most of their employees were busy greeting their friends on the day and walking in and out of counter). Guess! Most of them were fresh out of college and had extremely casual attitude!
My order specifically included Simba toy (bought and paid for separately) after I made sure that they had it in stock and finally when the girl delivered it to me, it was something else! When I asked about it, she conveniently lied that it’s all that they had. When I stressed that they had ample of the one that I paid for, she replaced it.
When I narrated the incident at home , my 8 year old said. Although he loves McD, he’ll never go there.
I would any given day go to one on Alondra and Bloomfield or the next door Burger king, but, would avoid this establishment like plague!
I regret now that I was a participant in fundraisers for Cerritos ES through this establishment!
I tried posting the copy of my receipt for future reference...

There were a queue of workers addressing specific roles and it was nice - You'd have your order taken within a minute of walking in and you'd have Presenters getting the food in a timely order. Maybe their soda machine would crash as frequently as the ice cream machine, but it was at least somewhat organized in there.
Then... The remodel happened.
Now you can expect to have a line of seniors hovering around the singular cashier because the two kiosks that are supposed to make ordering easier aren't logical nor capable of redeeming coupons. So you may suggest to use the drive-thru instead, but that just leaves you at the mercy of the other staff who don't know what they or their other workers are doing. My drive-thru experiences there have been miserable, alternating between workers complaining non-stop to other coworkers about the person in front of me (how's that my fault?") and workers who take upwards of 20 minutes to get your order together once it's all said and done (I could go to literally any other restaurant in the area and get faster service.)
I've tried contacting management to work things out, but I've received no response. There simply isn't any incentive to change because despite the terrible management, people keep spending their money here so there's no...
