This JITB location in Hac. Hts is TOTALLY corrupt now_ submitted an app order Tuesday night, and after going there around 1 am, some highly suspicious dark activity was going on there; there was no response at the drive thru (the speaker & screen was off), and no employees visible anywhere _ car after car, after car, came and went & when I went through, I saw a woman who thought she was out of view, standing at the front of the kitchen with an evil looking smirk on her face I reported the goings on to corporate & the next night I went there to get my food they owed me and they refused to do it & amazingly now all the sudden there's 5 employees standing inside behind the drive-thru window confronting me + none of them have a name badge and refuse to give a name Looks like something rotten is going on...

There's this guy taking orders at the drive thru, right. And it seems to me like he don't like taking orders from others but hey that's your job buddy. If you don't like what you do for work why not try something else? Maybe there's no vision and too much pressure with problems I don't know. The thing is that he needs to do his job right or don't do iit at all. One of my worst experiences ordering from a restaurants app. I already paid for the food so my grandmother wen't for me to pick it up. She comes back telling me that you cannot just give the name anymore that now you also need to have the phone with you. So I go with my phone and I ask them to remake my order. They give it to me and I'm on my marry way. Get home open the bags and I'm missing half of my order. I immediately call the number on google maps it goes to fax machine. I find another number online it also rings then goes to a fax machine. The only way I can notify Jack in the Box that my order was incomplete and that I was extremely unsatisfied with the service was thru the app on how my experience had been....
