UPDATE: CUT MY RATE ON this place.. Everytime I use my Starbucks App to order ahead. They are NEVER N I MEAN NEVER have my drink ready.. I'm always late for work too.. Not just in the morning, but whenever I'm out n about in the afternoon still not ready.. It's like the Driver thru is more important than us people who order ahead.. I would even order like 10 minutes before getting there n have to wait like 3 or 5 minutes when I get there.. I have seen many others go through what I'm going through too.. This needs to be fixed..
I come here alot before heading to work. Usually using my App to order ahead,but this morning I didn't have money in my cardđ« so I had to wait in a very long line to order. I mean long too LOL. It was a special today buy a holiday flavor drink get a reusable cup free.. Anyways, the cashier JEZ was very friendly.. she looked almost like a pinup girl. I was watching her before she took my order she was friendly n in a friendly way flirty, n I was giggling too. She was answering questions etc.. For the 3rd time THIS WEEK, we ordered multiple petite vanilla bean scones and were given less than ordered, but charged for the missing items. That's only this week, too. This particular Starbucks has done this to me at least 7 times. I ordered 6 scones, and got 5 in the bag, but charged for all 6 on the receipt. Today was definitely the last time I go to this Starbucks. I'd rather drive to a different store a little further than keep getting ripped off for a scone every time I go to this store. I understand that I should check the contents of my bag when I use the drive thru, but come on... As a customer, I have a certain expectation that everything I ordered and paid for should be in the bag. My expectations have changed for this...

The order was through drive-thru under the name Jesse for a Grande Soy Iced White chocolate Mocha. The first one my bf(Jesse) brought to me tasted like WATER with a HINT of espresso. I had him take it back for a replacement of this unacceptable âdrinkâ. The second âfixedâ drink tasted the same with slightly more espresso. Whoever made the first and second drinks are just incompetent to do their job on a not difficult drink or are just plain lazy. Quit if you donât want to do your job right. I told Jesse to go back for a refund instead of getting a third cup of water. This is the last time I go to this store. If management cares, watch your staff...
