Juan's Rotisserie Pollo — Restaurant in La Puente

Went with my cousin to pick up food for a family gathering. We ordered the party pack 1 which is 6 chickens and 6XL sides. Ww didn’t realize until after ordering and paying that two jumbo packs is the same amount of food for a cheaper price. We asked if they could change it to two jumbo packs instead because it was a 12$ difference but the the manager lied and said he wasn’t allowed to do it. Also lied and told us the manager wasn’t there. He didn’t even let us finish talking and he clocked out. We asked the employee who had just clocked in if the manager would be available soon and he told us that the employee who had just clocked out was the manager. We were lied to twice and we overpaid. They have zero remorse stealing money from hard working families. It’s a shame because we like the food but we will not be coming back and we will spread the word to everyone about their deceptive pricing and the lies they tell to...

This Sunday 3-23-2024 I went to pick up an order and I paid, after waiting turns out it wasn't the right store, the cashier Carlos doesn't understand clear names, so I asked for them to return the credit on my Amex card, He said it was done, after 10 minutes I realized He returned the credit as cash not on card, He said it was done right have to wait till Thursday for that, cashier was rude was telling me that to try and do something se how it goes all I wanted was for my credit to be done right, but guy not reasonable, should get better...

Been coming here sine 2012 and their chicken is by far the best I've tried no recipe changes since and everything is just as good. They are my go to for catering my daughters birthday parties. Everyone always ends up asking me where did I buy the chicken from. The family running the business here is always welcoming and always accommodating.
