Had high hopes, but was a big let down.
Went here on a Tuesday night at 6:00. Waited 15 minutes to be seated at a table that was open when we arrived. Were excited to partake in the happy hour menu that was posted on the menu board and advertised outside the restaurant.
Took the waitress a few minutes to come take our drink order, which wasn't her fault as it looked like she was one of two waiters taking care of the entire patio, which probably had upwards of 60 people on it.... only to be advised that happy hour only applies to certain parts of the restaurant...which apparently we were not in? This wasn't mentioned anywhere on the menu board outside the restaurant.
Sensing a slow service, we put our food and drink orders in together right away. Drinks took about 15 minutes to arrive... but at least I got a child's sized beer for my $7 (see pic)
Waitress came back about 30 minutes after we ordered to tell us their lettuce had been recalled and we couldn't get the salad we ordered. Shouldn't this have been discussed prior to dinner service so the wait staff could let people know that this was unavailable.. not sure what management is doing (other than standing at the hostess stand all night). Anyway, we switched our salad for macaroni and cheese and were assured it would be out in 10 minutes or so.
25 minutes later, now almost an hour into the process, we received our pepperoni pizza (which was actually pretty good), and our macaroni (which was a sad excuse for mac; see pic). Macaroni had half melted cheese on top and tasted of butter otherwise.. no rich, creamy sauce or bubbling cheese that you'd hope for. 1/10.
We asked for the check right away, scarfed our food down and left.
Overall a very disappointing experience for a nice looking restaurant with a good looking menu. Management has some work to do here, does not seem to be run very well at all. There were many other upset guests complaining of...

Read moreVery very nice restaurant. The prices are not the $$ indicating price range in google advertised recommendations. This place is not for those on a budget and is certainly a $$$$ rating for prices! Very limited menu, but very high class meals on that menu. I settled on a burger to be safe (snails are not something I know I like). It was okay, not the best burger I've ever had, fries were great! Staff was nice, restaurant was beautiful. Husband's meal was fantastic, he settled on a beef dip. I just really disliked that a majority of the staff wore those see through chin window shields which serve no purpose protecting anyone (staff or patrons) and look ridiculous. Clear chin shields do not PROTECT ANYONE, they don't protect you or me. I've gone out to eat at a restaurant for a meal twice since Covid started. I needed to remove my mask to eat and I expected the staff to be appropriately masked. They may as well be maskless, it'd be less irritating after more than a year of doctors explaining what constitutes an appropriate mask, and the correct way to wear them, just so you can disregard that for what...style? Because at this point its not for your safety or your customers safety, who are expected to come in and remove their protection to dine at this...
