This place is horrible. Been there twice. First time i ordered veggie bowl w white meat but the guy was trying to charge me for extra meat instead of just for white meat. When i told him i didn't want extra meat he said well that's the only way i can charge for white meat. He said that's how the system works. Obviously he didn't know how to use the system. I had to order regular meat just so i wouldn't be charged for extra meat. Second time i went i ordered online due to the first time issue. When i arrived they said they didn't have any online orders. Then tells me he can't do broccoli and carrots only, because he's low on broccoli and would have to go into next days stock to use broccoli. When i finally got my food he says i can't stay there because he has to clean the store. I asked if he was closed, he said no but we have to clean so you can't eat here. I asked him if they do this everyday at this time, he said yes. I told him i was there the other day at the same time and no one got kicked out. His only response was well they are suppose to. This has been a bad experience for the 2 times I've been there. Should have never gone back after the first time. Whoever owns this location should not own this place. Obviously they don't know how to manage or how to keep their staff properly trained. Surprised this place is still running with the reviews i have read. Should have reviewed this place before...
Read moreUpdate: Since the owner response, I started going to this store again because I like businesses that are attentive and listen to customers. Also, this store is much closer to my home. However, when I went here this time(10/30/24), the cashier (who refused to identify himself), said the owner response is bogus. He stated that there has been a change of management and that the information below is not correct. I asked him when did the management change? He said more than two years ago. But my initial review was about a year ago. So change of management did not make sense to me. Another thing that i noticed about this cashier was that he was handling food without gloves. The cook behind the counter was wearing black glove. But the cashier in the front who was placing avacado on the food was using his bare hand. This will be my last time visiting this place.

I ate at this store a couple of times. But then I stopped going there because there is another Flame Broiler nearby in San Dimas (arrow hwy) that provide much better service. They have their sauces on a self serve table. In other words, you can have as much sauce as you want. And Flame Broiler sauces are amazing. I have to say the Flame Broiler food also tastes...

The staff seems completely untrained.i watched then throw several orders food out that were made wrong...the two people behind the counter seemed so I'll equipped to handle the job requirements...I waited for over twenty minutes for ONE SIMPLE BOWL! another customer asked why I hadn't gotten my order yet and i told her I was afraid to disturb them while they were struggling to get the orders correct . It was not until she got her order... you which was placed several customers after me that she mentioned to them that I had been waiting and the man behind the counter came over and asked WHAT MY ORDER WAS! I had to show him my receipt and when I asked why he didn't have his own copy he said that the female coworker said she had already given it to me! Seriously!?!? So disorganized ! This was my first visit and definitely my last ...after waiting nearly 30 minutes for one simple bowl they did not even attempt to offer anything to make up for my being completely forgotten due the incompetency of their staff. Such a shame that a restaurant this disorganized is even open ...but I doubt it...
