I recently ate at this place. I don't like supporting businesses that are not up front with customers and try to play games just to make few more Pennys. So I will not be eating here anymore. I ordered a double char sandwich. The menu clearly shows a sandwich with cheese in it. That's it. But when you order it, you will see that they will add extra for the cheese. Why extra charge for the cheese when it is shown as part of the item picture? So, am I going to be charged extra for the meat, bread or lettuce next time too? It's terrible that some businesses think it is Ok to confuse the customers that are supporting them. If they need extra money for the cost of something (such as the cheese, lettuce or bread) then put it clearly on the menu. I think the first time I saw similar thing was done at Burger King. At one time Burger King was a real competitor to McDonald's. But Burger King wanted to play their customers. See what happened...

The guy at the register did not seem to know what he was doing. I finally placed my order. There were no towels in the bathroom to dry hands. When someone in the restaurant brought it up, the workers laughed and continued gossiping. It took over 20 minutes to get our order and our food was cold and the order was complete messed up. My children did not eat because their burgers that were order plain had everything on them. I spent almost $40 on food that we could not even enjoy. We ordered and spent 36.07 which included two orders of onion rings. While we waited we saw our onion rings on the counter for at least 10 minutes. Went to pick up our order and the rings were cold. The employee said heād redo them (after he touched them). He brought the rings to the table and they were burnt, hard and tasteless. They were so tough they cut the top of our mouths I went to the employee and said these are unacceptable and you just refried them. He asked if we wanted new ones (now? Should have been new ones). Said he would refund our money and has t done so. I really doubt he cares. Do better...
