Taco Bell — Restaurant in La Verne

Taco Bell is soon becoming a non-human interactive fast food restaurant. I walked in because the drive thru line was long. No one was waiting at the counter so I walked up. I was told by the person behind the counter I needed to go to the touch screen and order there. I had just washed my hands prior to going to the counter. Now I'm told to touch the filthiest item in the building outside of the bathroom floor to place my food order. This is ridiculous. At the rate Taco Bell is going we might as well get a frozen meal and microwave it and save time and money. If this is the direction all fast food is headed in California, they will be closing more restaurants...

I ask for fresh potatoes because they are gross reheated and or cold .... Never are they really FRESH. we only come back so we don't have to drive so far to the other one or else I would. Taco bell is my favorite place but not this one. They could be more fresh. I think this needs to be a priority also when a customer is saying something about the food maybe not be rude to them because they not attacking you. They just letting you know so you can work...

Love the new vegetarian menu. These items are my favorite!! Substituting meat for refried beans has always been an option but now they have black beans and veggie menu items that don’t require any substations. I love it here!! Try the Fiesta Veggie Burrito & ask them to grill it(no extra charge for grilled items) It’s sooo delicious!! Veggie Mexican Pizza is also a hit. And I love a Crunchy Black Bean Taco Supreme, so yum!! Oh, and Extra Mild Sauce...
