Goodcents — Restaurant in La Vista

Rude staff, order has been wrong twice when picking up a mobile order. Had a lady today give me attitude when I told her the order she handed me was wrong. She was like “umm this is the only order we have, your name is Courtnee right.” I said “yess but I only ordered a Sandwich, not a combo ” she then shuts the windows in my face and comes back with my order and said “Courtnee you said? The blt?” I said “yes” she just shuts the window and walks off. Never did she apologize for her attitude. I’ve also paid for 2 sandwiches that were made wrong and I never received my refunds and when I asked the manager on the phone what the last 4 of the card numbers did it get refunded on, she said she didn’t know and that it just shows it was refunded....

Terrible service as a customer. This location doesn't have a drive through but you can order ahead online and pick it up at the window. I waited 10 minutes at the window with no response and even tried driving back over the spot if there was a proximity sensor. I parked and went inside and the staff came to life. I get it was in between lunch and dinner but I'm asking for the bare minimum here. Why even have a drive thru lane only for pickup orders if there's nothing in the back anyway for a reason to monitor it? The locations in Lincoln where I first had this chain were great but my first time at this location will definitely be my last. We recently used the Goodcents off of 96th and Giles Road in Papillion to cater my son's graduation for 80ish people, and they were absolutely amazing! Everything was ready on time, perfectly organized, and so easy to work with. The sandwiches were fresh and delicious, and they provided plenty of sauces and condiments, all in clearly labeled and organized containers. Several of our guests even commented on how impressed they were with the setup. On top of the great service, their pricing was better than most of the other places I compared.
