Beef 'O' Brady's — Restaurant in LaBelle

I made an order 20 mins before the kitchen closed I pick up my food right when the kitchen close cause I stay far. My orders was the 4 tenders combos and I chose double fries for my side add cheese so when I got my order everything was separate (the tender and fries which usually come together but I didn’t think nothing of it) 10 min into me being home I ate my tenders which was good and fresh (still didn’t touch my fries), 30 min before beef o Brady’s closed I decided to eat my fries so I open them to take some out to put on a plate I see a dead fly so I called nobody answered mind to tell yall they was open only the kitchen was closed. I called the next day just asking for a refund and I told them I got the picture to prove time I’m not lying with my receipt and all the man of the phone proceeded to tell me they don’t do refund unless they have the food so I told him it was in the trash but if he want me to get it and and bring it to them where they can see it’s a dead fly and nothing been touch but he told me he will have somebody call me back it’s been 24hrs later and nobody...

We were initially excited since it is the first time in over a year that we visit this particular O'Bradys in person. Our server was super nice and helpful, but the bartender was extremely rude. Our drinks were watered down (if you are paying over $10 for a drink, hey, take the time to make it good!). My husband's burger, which was supposed to be done medium, was well-done. We were so hungry and in a rush so we decided to ignore this and didn't return anything, but the bartender was really unpleasant and rude, which affected our whole experience. I thought it was just with us, but I read through reviews in different platforms, and others had the same awful experience. I hope management listens- unless he is management- then the place is screwed. You can't teach what you don't know. I gave them a 2-star in service but it's really because of our server, who was very attentive- otherwise it would've been a 1. Don't think we will go there in a while; maybe just for takeout...

We have given this restaurant so many chances within the 2 years of moving here and we are just always unsatisfied. This time was the last time we were giving them a try….and what do you know? They let us down, AGAIN!!!! We ordered online and we pulled up to the store at 5:54pm and walked in. The manager said to us that we were lucky that he let us order the food and that he didn’t call to cancel the order. We said, oh…why? And he said because he had a sign on the front door for 2 weeks to tell people they were closing at 6 on that night for the employee Christmas party. We said well we aren’t regulars so how were we supposed to know that? He said “well you should have called”. Which made me even more mad because they have online ordering for a reason and the hours weren’t updated on the ordering app. He was extremely rude and always is.
