Dairy Queen Treat — Restaurant in Laconia

My four year old son needed to use the restroom or he was going to pee himself. The manager refused. Not a very family friendly thing to do, not to mention it is against the law. Here’s the law: 2015 New Hampshire Revised Statutes Title XII - PUBLIC SAFETY AND WELFARE Chapter 155 - FACTORIES, TENEMENTS, SCHOOLHOUSES, AND PLACES OF PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION, RESORT OR ASSEMBLY Section 155:40 - Toilet Facilities to be Provided for Restaurants, Etc. Universal Citation: NH Rev Stat § 155:40 (2015)

155:40 Toilet Facilities to be Provided for Restaurants, Etc. – I. All places where the business of serving food to the public is conducted shall be equipped with toilet and lavatory facilities convenient of access for the use of patrons. Separate toilet rooms for each sex shall be provided for patrons of any restaurant designed to seat 25 or more patrons at one time or for patrons of any food establishment where alcoholic beverages are served. The commissioner of the department of health and human services shall have the authority to waive the requirements of this section for such businesses having 5 or fewer seats, for good cause shown, provided the business is unable to comply with this section because it does not have toilet or lavatory facilities on the effective date of this section as amended, and can show that the requirements of this section would cause substantial hardship. II. The provisions of this section shall not apply to mobile lunch carts or be construed to require roadside stands or so-called drive-ins, serving food to the public, to provide toilet facilities for patrons where seating facilities within the building are not available. Edited: upon further review it may be that this location is exempt from the law, but it is terrible customer service for a poor 4 year old to endure something so...

Pretty good ice cream workers and good ice cream y'all have a pretty good additude most of the times my family always goes here late spring and summer except sometimes you guys don't moderate what some workers are doing I have heard people in the drive threw and line up place complaining about additude the ice cream is good here but some workers are way to mean to work here sometimes I wonder why they don't get fired but everything is good but the prices are way to high to buy like the sizes are way to small most times and I could buy a medium size ice cream at happy cow for 6$ at a large size other than that everything is good but if you actually fixed some of those stuff than you would have earned yourself...

Did you DQ today? We stopped by an old favorite. I got a mocha-chocolate shake which was delicious. I also ordered a tri-berry smoothie which I was skeptical about, but certainly NOT disappointed! It was fruity all the way through with no hints of ice other than my frozen brain for drinking it too quick! 3 others enjoyed their ice cream too w/o any dissatisfaction.
