I have been in Center Harbor for almost a week. By far, this was the best overall dining experience I’ve had. Plenty of parking in the lot. From the second I walked in I loved it. Loved all the decor. Looks like it was changed from an auto garage to a saloon. I don’t know if it actually was or it’s just how they wanted it to look. Ceiling is painted blue with white coulee to mimic the sky. Great music playing. They do live music Friday nights and karaoke other nights. There’s a pool table in the back to kill time while you wait for your food. The service was great. There was one girl wrong was hostess, bartender, and waitress in one. I’ll assume they are short staffed, she did an amazing job wearing all three hats.

Most importantly, the food was great. They have specials which we didn’t order. We started with the loaded saloon fries. Shredded cheese, bacon, and ranch. The cheese was melted in between the fries so all the fries were covered. Not like some places that throw it on top. The wings were crispy and delicious. The best part is you are able to order them by the wing. You don’t need to order 6 or 10. You can order one of each if you want. They call it Buck-A-Wing. We ordered a few different flavors. My favorite was the sweet Thai chili. Our main meal was the Philly cheese steak with onion rings which we split. The steak was chopped very small. It allowed the cheese to mix in with it and the small peppers. Lots of flavor and very delicious. It is a little small, so I would not suggest splitting it with anyone like I did. Overall a great experience. I wish there were more places like this...

MANDATORY STAMP Jay Allen was a class act with everything he did except following my girlfriend into the convience store in Sturgis and suggesting she leave with him not me. He was married at the time, not suprised it didn't last. The Broken Spoke never had a cover charge High Octane $5. I don't have a problem paying the tolls to drive here or the fee to get in. I do have a problem with the "Manditory Stamp." I refused to get the stamp and was denied access. I demanded my $5 back and I left. It was Thursday night about 10pm June 12th 2024. Jay gets it, these new owners don't. We're a bunch of freedom loving bikers, as soon as you "demand" something that should be your choice I'm done. For the record I did not get the jab and I'm not getting that nasty stamp pressed on me after it pressed on a 1000 other people. Half the people in our group got food poisoning that day at the Yankme Smokehouse, food poisoning is no joke. High Octane has a "Mandatory Stamp,"...

Stopped in on a Thursday evening for some beer and food. Place has a super chill atmosphere and great decorations all throughout. Our bartender was working like crazy to make sure everyone got served in a timely manner and her service was impressive as it seemed the other bartender had called out for the night so ours was by herself doing everything. I got the BBQ burger, my girlfriend got the pork "wings" and we split an order of mac n cheese bites. Everything was delicious and very reasonably priced (we spent under $45 for two beers each and all the food) I'd 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants some good inexpensive bar food, good service...

presently they are renovating and the setup could easily be considered disgusting as it is an open environment with porta potties, no way to wash hands, just a few feet away outside the canopy. cheese burger (very limited menu ) with small bag of lays chips is $13, the patty had a big crack in it, had a weird sour taste and was quite small for the bun and price. service was pretty unimpressive especially considering it was my 1st time there, coffee was served without spoon , sugar and cream

High Octane Saloon is the best biker bar in New Hampshire hands down. Great food, Great drinks, Great people. The bar and waite staff is awesome and the kitchen makes KILLER food. We recommend this place to everyone. Free bike parking. The Turner family has made this bar the place to be especially on bike week ! Thank you John, Donna, Alicia, and the whole crew for making this the best bar in NH ! ! ! ! ! !
