Winni Rum Shack — Restaurant in Laconia

We stopped for "Linner" around 3pm on Friday afternoon. Ordered a couple beers, I had the Cuban Pork sandwich meaty some kind of awesome sauce, pickles,onions nice bun & the tater tots were perfect. My wife had the veggie flat bread pizza, she loved it. Bartender Justin explained the signature "Pain Killer" house drink, "Delicious" and wifey was a little tipsy on the way home. What a pleasant surprise ! Found on a google review and it did not disappoint. I was waited on by Kate who was nice, and made great suggestions on the menu. The pub is squeaky clean and has a bright inviting atmosphere. It has an impressive selection of beer to say the least. I had a blonde beer (which was recommended by server) and chicken wings. This place is so great it’s hard to believe it’s here in the Lakes Region! My friend and I went because we heard the commercials, totally not expecting much, maybe a good drink. Wow, were we blown away!! The “painkiller” was awesome (we both had them), and the food was fabulous. I am looking forward to going back and bringing my sister and daughter, very happy.
