I was there with my family last Tuesday around 12:30, not long after they opened. Before ordering we used the restroom. Only one was in working condition. The entire dining room stunk like sewage. We ordered our food specifying the specials that were listed on the window. My sisters meal came with a drink, we were charged for the drink, fine they gave us our money back for that. We ordered the footlong hotdog, we got a regular hotdog. My mom ordered the trio fries, sweet potato and onion rings, they never added it to her order. She ordered the scallops and there were literally 6 pieces. That was 27. My cousin received her order and it was totally wrong and they charged her for fries she did not order. They were slow, young girls that had no idea what they we’re doing and they we’re extremely rude. There was an old man back there that all he was doing was looking at the young girls. So creepy. I would not want my daughter working there. The prices listed were old and never updated. The barrels were overflowing from the day before because at 12:30, when they open at 11 there was no way they were filled. The dumpster was open and it smelled so bad. We were not the only customers having order issues. I could hear others complaining when I went up to get a to go box. The food was pretty good. I have been going there since I was a kid, it was not the same and probably won’t be back. Such a shame. The lines used to be so long, ow there is hardly anyone going there. When you don’t have the proper staff and your not managing it, staff can destroy a business.
