I ordered dinner because I am nightblind and it was late. The driver was late getting here....and when my food came, not only was it cold, but the beef and broccoli only had broccoli in some beef juice. WHERE'S THE BEEF???

I called and some teenager answered then I told him the issue. He gave me attitude and then put me on hold for 15 minutes, and then he hung up on me. I called back, then that boy gave me attitude again and said theirs nothing they can do about it, and I am out of their delivery area.

Then I asked for a manager, and he got on the phone with the same kind of attitude. He said they measured it before it's served and their was more broccoli so they couldn't put beef and I am out of the area. I said WHAT seriously, what did you just say. I said, "That's bs. I have ordered beef and broccoli here before, and I got BEEF AND BROCCOLI!"

Then he said, "Let me see if their is another manager." Then some girl got on the phone. She said I am out of area and I told her "ok I don't know what that has to do with the fact that I ordered beef and broccoli and only got broccoli and not one piece of meat." She said she can fix it right, but I have to bring it back because I am out of the area. I told her I just wanted a refund and I won't eat here again.

Horrible service, horrible delivery time, horrible attitude from server Louis Monta. Louis sounded tired of being at work when placing my order I asked specifically 2 times to make sure my vegetables were well done. Waited an hour and I called same guy answered the phone and said the driver was around the corner, I then waited an extra 25 min and called again to ask about my order, louis answered and became disrespectful and began to repeat" idk ma'mn, delivery takes about an hour it will get there when the driver gets there" He than handed the phone to the manager and she stayed on the phone for 20 sec and handed the phone to a different server maddie who was respectful and attempted to help she than told me the manager was getting mad and she is just another worker, it wasn't her fault the driver didn't read instructions on the address. The driver finally arrived after 1 hour 25 min and he was respectful. I was also hung up on so I called back and informed them the order was wrong and the vegetables were not well done and they said the order wasn't ring up well done. I was transfered back to Louis Monta and he said they don't do refunds and I can cancel the order. I asked for the manager and was told willie was not in but there was no way I would get a refund but can have someone pick up the food to cancel the order.
