DO NOT, i repeat DO NOT order online from this place. On Monday, my fiancé placed an order online through the Little Caesar's website. Spent damn near over $35. After he placed the order, i went on lunch 10 mins later & 5 mins later I was there to pick it up. I get inside, give them the name of the order & next thing you know I'm told my order was picked up already. Mind you, my fiancé didn't have a vehicle to get the food. I called him just to make sure I wouldn't be upset for no reason. Sure enough it wasn't him. Went back inside to let them know no one should've been picking up the food but myself. Next thing you know, they're stating it was door dash that picked up the food but obviously you have to place an order through door dash in order for them to pick it up, after that they started saying that it was someone who used our confirmation number. I felt like it was just excuse after excuse because the confirmation number is ONLY sent to the email you put when placing the order. At this point, I'm livid but still being nice about the situation, the employee or manager, she wasn't rude but she didn't have to be because her face said it all. I request a refund because why am I having to take a loss on $35 with no food? This woman is going to tell me "So what? We're suppose to just take the loss?" VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! Did not offer any type of solution for this situation just tells me stuff like this happens ALL THE TIME. If it happens all the time, why not do away with it? Just keep letting people loose out on money or was it only me that yall were going to let take a loss? Not only that but face the labels with the orders name away from the customers because people can easily go look at the names and say that it's their order, i mean common sense right? Basically she did not want to give me my refund. Ended up walking out the store to call my fiancé to explain what was going on. Myself, working at an audio, video store thought back to our security cameras we sell. I went back inside and requested to see the video footage of the person picking it up to see if i recognized the person. Well she pulled up the footage of my food already on the counter with the man about to walk out the door, I kindly asked her to rewind it to the part where he uses the QR code or confirmation number. This man walked up in the store, never touched the machine or put his phone up to it, never even showed the other employee his door dash information like they are suppose to do(I know this because I use to be a door dash driver). The manager knew they were wrong in this situation because she walked behind the counter and gave me my refund and handed me the receipt talking about "I'll just refund it." I was even nice enough to say thank you after all that and she didn't even give me a response. My point for this whole story is that if I wouldn't have did all of this, she would've just let me let $35 go down the drain whenever i have 3 other mouths to feed besides myself. This says a lot about not only this business but the management as well. If it would've been like $10 i was spending or even if she would've offered some type of solution, I would've been okay with it but she didn't so it just showed that she did not care at all!!! Felt like i was trying to get...
Read moreRaw pizza after waiting an hour. Why???? I get that they are incredibly busy but they rushed out a pizza so fast that it was literally raw. Placed an online order. Got confirmation it'd be ready in about 20-40 minutes. We had car trouble and showed up about 45 minutes after placing our order. Our pizza wasn't made, but our cheesebread was. Something about "the orders don't go through sometimes". Don't get the point of online ordering being active then if it has known issues. The front worker took out our bread which sat on the counter getting cold while the pizza we had placed an order for over an hour ago was being made. Guess they weren't thinking about that but wish it hadn't happened. It was obviously rushed out and thrown in the box because the cheese was sliding off and so were the toppings. Whatever, rookie mistake, I used to work for a pizza chain too. Ate one piece at home, it was very doughy, had work to do, left pizza in fridge. An hour passes and I am belching and feeling queasy. We revisit pizza, because I hadn't eaten much all day so I figured that's why I was queasy and I needed to eat. The pizza has been refrigerated and cold now. One of us takes a bite, cold, and notice it tastes VERY tangy and almost carbonated, like raw yeasty dough. We pull off the toppings for that piece. Totally raw. Checked the rest of the pizza. Totally raw on top and barely light brown in the bottom. I'll add pictures when I can. Contrast this with our cheesebread which was incredibly hard and stiff. I get that it's an unforgiving job but there should be some kind of quality control. I can be ok with toppings sliding off after they're placed in a box in a hurry, but combine all this and then also raw pizzas, well... I don't know. Definitely not worth the money. We're trying to bake it without toppings now just to salvage some of it. We've also ordered from this location twice before and not have had our...
Read moreHow is this place even open, I ordered 45 minutes ago on app & hv no food yet. One pepperoni pizza & cheese bread, this manager needs to fired.
Oh wait as I’m typing this I was given burnt pizza, they said it’s not I took pics of it sitting at the end of pizza rack for 10 minutes not knowing it was mine. If the owner of this location would like to see the 5 pizzas backed up in the oven pics and pics of my burnt pizza don’t hesitate to respond. Also I asked for money back they said they can’t bc of app order. This is a horrible place & truly don’t waste your time coming here! Dominoes will be worth the aggravation you will endure here.
As I’m finishing typing this been 55 minutes since app ordered,...
