So we decided to give siagon noodle a try again after the last time we ate there 2 years ago we had a bad experience. The bean sprouts were bad and old looking, and the noodle portion for the pho was noticeably less. Well we are now leaving there again disgusted. Ordered the normal pho and they brought out our vegetables and I asked if I could get a lime because I didn't see it. They said they would have to charge another dollar and some change for extra limes. Bruh this lime was the size of a penny. This owner has had to lost his mind. If things are that tough he might need to close his doors down. King buffett can sell me an all u can eat for 3 bucks more than my pho and I can pig out on 4 plates and they still make money.

Was not helpful at all. Server spoke to us like she was rushing us to leave. Took forever to serve dumplings, just to be ugly in my opinion. Was not friendly or helpful at all. I felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there as a black girl. And to say I went there to sit and talk about god I literally felt like it was the devil testing me. Server was Addison P. And also we sat first and another Vietnamese couple came about 5 minutes to 10 after us and they were served first. I used to like it here until this happened. I’ll stick to blue basil ❤️

I tried Vietnamese food for the first time here, and it was a wonderful experience. The dishes were flavorful and moderately spiced, which made them both enjoyable and easy to appreciate as a first-timer. While it may not be something I’d eat every day, this place definitely left me with a very positive impression of Vietnamese cuisine. What stood out even more was the service. The staff were attentive and considerate, taking the time to confirm ingredients and check with us regularly because of our dietary restrictions.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Saigon Noodles, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. This charming Vietnamese restaurant not only delivered some of the most authentic and delicious pho I've ever tasted but also provided top-notch service and a cozy atmosphere that made the entire experience unforgettable.

Let's start with the pho. I ordered the House Special, and it was a bowl of pure heaven. The broth was rich and flavorful, with hints of star anise and cinnamon that added a depth of flavor I had never experienced in pho before. The noodles were perfectly cooked, and the generous portions of tender beef were so succulent they practically melted in my mouth. The fresh herbs and bean sprouts on the side allowed me to customize the dish to my liking, and the squeeze of lime provided that zesty kick that elevated the flavors to another level. This dish was a symphony of flavors that left me craving for more.

Now, let's talk about the service. The staff at Saigon Noodles were exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and made to feel like a valued guest. The waiter was knowledgeable about the menu and took the time to explain some of the options to me, which was incredibly helpful since it was my first visit. The food arrived promptly, and my water glass was never empty. The attention to detail and genuine care for the customers truly set this place apart.

As for the atmosphere, Saigon Noodles has managed to strike the perfect balance between cozy and authentic. The decoration transported me to the streets of Hanoi, with traditional Vietnamese artwork adorning the walls and soft, ambient lighting creating an inviting ambiance. The seating was comfortable, and the soft background music added to the overall charm of the place. Whether you're dining with friends, family, or on a romantic date, the atmosphere at Saigon Noodles is perfect for any occasion.

In conclusion, my experience at Saigon Noodles was nothing short of a 5-star culinary journey. The exceptional pho, impeccable service, and inviting atmosphere make this restaurant a must-visit for any food lover. I can't wait to return and explore more of their menu. If you're in the mood for some outstanding Vietnamese cuisine, do yourself a favor and head to Saigon Noodles – you won't be...

I wish I could only dock them half a star but I obviously don't have that option. I've eaten here many times and have never been disappointed with the food before. This one time was an anomaly. I ordered the duck noodle soup, and to be fair it tasted wonderful. I am dinging them because the cut of duck they used included a lot of bone, probably more than 50% bone and gristle on each chunk. Also, I think they just grabbed a pack of ramen noodles and threw it in to soften but never broke it up or cut it up, so I was left with a nearly solid chunk of very long noodles in the soup, making it a good bit more difficult to eat without making a mess all...
