I've frequented this location for years. Especially after having two kids. What's better than a happy meal night, right?
On August 17th, we ordered on the app for curbside 20 minutes before we arrived. When we arrived, we parked and I tried using the abysmal app. After having to reset the app 3 times to check in, we then waited 15 minutes in our spot without food. I continued to check the app to make sure I did it right and it showed "We hope you enjoy your food as much as we enjoyed making it!" 'View Receipt'.
I finally went inside where my food was waiting for a dasher to pick up. When I asked about it, I got "Well it's still on staging so check in." "We don't have your lemonade. What you want instead?"
I tried showing them my phone to say I checked in for Curbside and I got "That's yours, but it's says staging so check in again."
Took my food and checked it. Food was wrong, didn't have the lemonade, fries were ice cold (at 12:30 pm? Right in the middle of lunch?) didn't get the ketchup requested with the nuggets, and rude staff who didn't say thank you or apologize for the trouble. God awful.

Read moreI never get to enjoy breakfast because my work hours are beyond crazy but this morning August 24 at 5 :25 AM I realized I could treat myself to some vitamin G on the way home before I crashed out to get ready for work later today. I ordered and pulled up to the window at the Pinhook Lafayette store its Golden Arches lighting up the predawn sky like a celestial sign from above promising delicious indulgences .The little girl working there at the order window took my money and when I got to the takeout window, I saw a blur flash through the inside of the restaurant and realized that she was taking the orders and making them running back-and-forth all by herself.My selfish a55 ordered a caramel macchiato too , little did I know the extra stress I was gonna put on this woman, but she said good morning and gave me everything no prob.My order was perfect and that shizzle was delicious. I just want to give a shout out where its due to the people single-handedly making society work for the better of all of us and that little girl on the opening shift she needs a big time raise or scholarship or something...

I was simply trying out their new sandwich that they had available and they completely messed up my order by adding cheese when I never asked for it they got my order wrong, but it wasn’t the first time they were rude to me when I ordered breakfast a while back, they didn’t listen to me. They didn’t bother using the codes that I use. They just didn’t care. I think the whole restaurant right now Need to retake their customer service evaluation because I promise you this will keep happening. I wanted to order inside, but they close their lobby an hour early, which was unprofessional and unnecessary. I should’ve ordered inside the building then this wouldn’t happen. I gave them a second chance, but they blew it. I prefer McDonald’s on the other side of the town over this one at least they’re nicer and they make a mistake And they care about customers unlike this one.
