Once again this particular McDonald's location has proven they can have the ability to screw up a cheese sandwich! Went thru the drive thru early on a Sunday morning (only car in line), placed order, paid for it and moved up to the next window. Staff member handed me only the sandwich portion of my order and said good bye. I told her this was only part of my order and she had no clue as to what was remaining to go! She asked me what was missing and I said a small Coke. This same staff member told me I had to drive up to the blue line and wait for a small coke when she wasn't 3 feet away from the soda machine! I asked her why she couldn't reach around and get me a Coke and her answer was, "because my manager said so" and it gets worse from there!
I drive up to the blue line (there was now another car at the payment window) and waited momentarily only to have this same person simply hand the coke out the same window I was just at and expected me to reverse back to the window!

   Read moreOne of the worst experiences at a McDonaldâs I have been to. We were in a hurry and needed to feed my 2 year old. I walked in the location and the lobby was full. There were a lot of people waiting and the drive thru was full as well. It appeared that no one was working the front register and Iâm still not sure who was. The only way I could place my order is though the kiosk and on the iPad through the app. It was very slow and hard to navigate and impossible to get the right thing ordered. I eventually gave up trying to order something for myself and my fiancĂ© and just got something for the baby. It is not easy to get to the end of the order process into the pay process and then go back to fix things and make changes.    Read moreI get to the drive through 10 MINUTES BEFORE THEY CLOSE, almost no line, wait 8 minutes then drive around for the lady to tell me theyâre closing early, my question is why did yâall make me wait in the drive though until I pulled around!?!?!?!?!?!?!? BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL!!!!!!!!!!!!! can yâall atleast act like yâall care about your customers like all the other McDonaldâs??????? itâs late at night and my kids need to eat, how inconsiderate can yâall be?
