Pizza Hut — Restaurant in LaFayette

Update! My son and I visited the LaFayette, GA Pizza Hut for lunch today. This was our first time having the buffet. It was awesome! This location continues to be our favorite. Regardless of understaffing issues, service is consistently friendly and quick. A significant number of people flooded in for lunch and the bar, counter, and dining room was serviced by one worker, Crystal. I'm not sure if the kitchen staff was understaffed or not but the food was as good as you can get. Why do I keep updating? Because the staff deserves recognition for giving top notch service...every time! And that, regardless of staffing. Good job LaFayette! I've included a video review from my 7 year old son. He's pretty impressed too!

Best Pizza Hut ever! The Ringgold location had my vote as #1 until I ordered from the LaFayette, GA location. Now #1 goes to LaFayette! I'm telling you honestly they're so close in their terrific service that it was my 6 year old getting the perfect cheese pizza with light sauce for our order from the LaFayette location, that broke the tie. Give 'em a try! Yes I absolutely recommend this Pizza Hut! And, I would have taken pictures of our food but my son grabbed his pizza as soon as he opened the box. It looked that good! lol

Update from March 31, 2023 visit! The restaurant was understaffed but you wouldn't know it because the man who was working the counter and waiting on customers was doing a terrific job! He had the best attitude and customer service skills of any restaurant in this area and that's saying quite a bit because in LaFayette, GA the people are extremely nice. I don't know if he was a manager, but if not... he's definitely management material! We're going to be dining in much more often. My 6 year old son said, "That's the best pizzeria in the world! The pizza was delicious!" When we left he also said, "Mommy, I'm gonna be a good worker like that nice man!" Thanks for such a wonderful experience! This experience is just further assurance that this is the BEST...

I revisited my favorite pizza place on 2/4/23 and this is what happened. The cashier told us to seat anywhere and the waitress would be over in a minute. So we sat down but all the tables were dirty so we had to clean our own table. After about five minutes. Two other couples came in and sat down. Keep in mind we were seating and ready to order. Waiting on the waitress. By NOW ten minutes has past. NO WAITRESS. The waitress then ask to help the other customer and took their order. Before us and we were there first. And then went to the other two couples after that and took their order next. WHAT IS GOING ON HERE! WE WERE HERE FIRST! Then about five more minutes past by and still NO waitress. She still didn't come and take care of our order. WHAT? REALLY! She went back in the corner and started to clean tables before getting are order. So I call the restaurant "pizza hut's" phone number. And asked if I could get some assistance from an waitress, a waiter anyone please. And then a few minutes past by she finally came over. After I had to call the restaurant to get the waitress attention. WHAT! She finally got our order and our drinks. She asked the other customers if they wanted refills. But never asked us for refills We had to take care glass to her for a refill. UNBELIEVABLE! And to top that we had to get are own silverware. REALLY! WHAT'S GOING ON HERE. Their was plenty of people working there. Two on the cash register working, and two waiting on customers. But we were seating and ready to be served long before anyone else even came into the restaurant. WHOA! Why didn't they wait on us first. HMM... Guess their conversation with each other came first before the customer who got their first. NOT GOOD! NOT...

I would just like to point out that their food costs more than domino's while the quality is lower than little Ceasars. My kids prefer their sauce so that's why I picked there tonight but.... yall I watched the cashier raise her voice at the lady in front of me while giving an attitude. I thought it was gonna pop off lol now she was nice to me and I understand being overwhelmed but definitely feel like she could have handled the situation better. My order was put in online and was scheduled to be done by 7:20. I didn't get it until 7:50 which i understand maybe they were busy earlier so no biggie. But for my order to be late and then not be correct is just lazy. My melt was burnt and had almost no buffalo sauce in it which fine I had some sauce to add to it at home but it was pretty burnt. My hand tossed cheese was a pan instead. Again not a huge deal whatever the kids still ate it but my pizza with balsamic drizzle having NO DRIZZLE? okay come on you guys. I paid extra for that and it's not an item I keep in my house normally. I was so looking forward to that ugh. So between the wait time, the cashier getting loud and rude with the woman in front of me, and my order being messed up??? That's just bad business. Like if you're gonna have lesser quality than cheaper pizzas andd worse attitudes along with the same wait time as Little Caesars you should at least price your stuff on that level you know. Unfortunately my kids prefer the sauce so I'm sure I'll have to go back but imma be checking my pizzas for...
