Customer service should be number one. As a doordash driver I called the store because my customer said she had the wrong order, the order was already bagged and tied when I arrived. I dropped because of my food she didn't call me and said her order wasn't completely there, so I called the store to ask about the order. I explained the situation. Not only did she not fully listen to what I was saying because she acts the same question more than once, before she rudely hung up on me she said listen.. the customer called everything's fine. I understand that sometimes we get busy working our jobs, when you hang up on someone it is not only rude but very disrespectful. When if she would have listened fully in the first place she wouldn't have got aggravated, and most likely wouldn't have hung up on me. I take my customer service very serious and I really don't appreciate being disrespected. Makes me wonder how they treat all the rest of the doordash drivers. We're just doing our job like everyone else, and to be honest I'm really getting tired of people being rude for no...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHorrible experience at Pinhook location. After I ordered I specifically asked if all my doughnuts were in the bag and the lady said yes. I got home and several doughnuts were missing and some of the ones I did have were incorrect. I called them and explained an Asian lady waited on me in which the female who answered chuckled and said yes there is a language barrier and it happens all the time. She proceeded to tell me I had to drive ALL the doughnuts back to the store and prove it with a receipt . I proceeded to tell her that I didnāt have a receipt because I wasnāt give one but they had it because I signed with a credit card. She said without a receipt they couldnāt do anything about it, i said that was ridiculous and the female hung up on me. I called the Mecheās on Guilbeau and was told that the locations on Kaliste Saloom, Youngsville, and Pinhook are not owned by Ricky but some Asian man. I will never ever give my business to these locations. Horrible...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHope Iām reviewing the correct location, but when I still lived in Louisiana I had several Mecheās king cakes and they looked and tasted great. I donāt live there anymore and had to order a king cake and have it shipped. Iām extremely disappointed with this one. It was wrapped in cellophane, and Iām wondering if it was wrapped when the cake was still warm. All the icing had melted. There was also no plastic bag or box so we have to use the FedEx box to keep our king cake. It does taste good but the presentation is horrible! No way I could bring something like this to my office to share with my coworkers are arenāt familiar with king cakes. Iām sure they would ask, āIs that how itās supposed to look?ā And I do understand it was shipped and it wonāt look perfect, but we also ordered king cakes from Rouseās and they arrived looking as if I bought them in person....
