Sonic Drive-In — Restaurant in Lafayette

We were there earlier today,people count your money we were in booth #2 and the waitress tht waited on us said here's ur order we gave her a 100$ our order was 21.49 she said it was 25 $ rite I said no 21.49 at first she gave him back 72 bucks thts not rite he said then she gave him 2 more bucks still not rite,do your math people we still only got 74$ back I called and told them about it and they weren't even worried bout it said there wasn't anything she could do I said you know why consider this her lucky money day make sure she dnt do it to someone else,if she hasn't already,it's sad it had to b tht way well we will never go there again if they can't count they dnt need to be doin tht work,I want the number to corporate or they contact me just think she does tht to 20 people at 5 bucks a lick you do the math her service was no where near tht tip,just saying,I want this made rite so beware people check your ticket and your change!!!!...

I pull up to take my order and I was greeted nicely . But as she greeted me I realized my card was not in the right place . So I got stuck looking for it forgetting to respond to the lady. Not even 2 seconds later she is screaming “ HELLO? HOW MAY I TAKE YOUR ORDER ?!?! . So I pulled off into a different lane hoping to get a different person. I did but the runner for the food was rude too. I ordered a #1 medium with a Powerade . 2 ultimate meat cheese burritos. M Dr Pepper no ice and a plain jr cheeseburger . All I got were the drinks the two burritos and a plain sonic burger . Morning shift crew is rude as hell. The people on night shift seem nicer .

Horrible waiting time! My favorite soft drink tasted old every time I bought. I finally quit going unless others in my family want something. My sons use to eat there often but also quit going unless they see not many people are there and they are in a hurry. The food is ok for most of it. I would rate Glasgow Sonic one of the worst we have dealt with, especially the waiting time. Even if you order one thing, you still have to wait forever! We tried calling in our order and when we arrived for pickup, more than once, we still had to wait as though we just ordered! Several times the bags of ice we ordered, had been sitting. So, when it's been in our freezer, we have to break up the hard ice from the melting and the price is now too high. If I wanted to bust up hard ice, I would have gotten it somewhere else.
