This is my reply to "Sonic Franchise Corporation" after getting receiving a return response. Explanation of experience included within after deciding to share and post entire experience here. Thank you Sonic Franchise Corporation for your automated response, it shows how much you actually care about the experience I had at one of your franchises. Does Sonic have so many complaints someone had to write a response that could be used for all complaints? Hats off to whomever wrote the automated compliant response although well written it just lacks a personal appeal to appear that Sonic franchise took a genuine concern about the awful experience a (former) customer had at a franchise utilizing the Sonic name. I understand I am just one customer and I will never be missed by that location or your franchise. I also realize this reply will most likely never be seen by any human and if ever it does I'll be very surprised. It also appears from the reviews on that location I am not the only one who had such a bad experience to never return. I would normally end with "Thank you for your time", but time is irrelevant to an automated response.
I wrote this reply because there is a chance I may be wrong and someone living may actually read this reply to the automated genetic response. I plan to paste this and any return response back on local reviews as well as the Sonic location. I apologize to other sonic locations not all are this way, but this was not directed towards all Sonic's. My rant was towards one location for the treatment I received for sending back an order. An order that was clearly wrong before I was given to me and when I corrected her she said "Yeah yeah that's what I meant" and gave me the order anyway. I was somewhat impressed that my order came out so quickly, with only a few customers already there the "Correct order" took so long I was able to finish my shake, take a few calls and still a wait, only to have my order brought out by a young gentleman and not the girl who straight up lied to me. I wouldn't have called him exactly rude, but not exactly one you would expect from that sort of situation. Once I got the "Correct Order" I drove off to eat at home as planned to see something odd looking in my order and not seen anything like it ever in previous orders even though it was small I did notice it and choose to believe it was an overactive imagination but I wasn't gonna touch that boneless wing. I was only able to eat one because they were so peppery I could not eat them, having no other taste other than an over abundance of capsicum. It was at that point I decided I would contact Sonic Franchise Corporation (not the Manager or acting Manager of that location because I believed it to be the less than rude very young gentlemen), only to get a generic response of apology. I would have preferred no response at all. Sonic Franchise Corporation here is you opportunity to say something personalized and not just a "Yeah yeah we sorry, we'll look into it......
Read moreY'all my fried foods (popcorn chicken and mozzarella sticks) tasted like it's been marinating in DIRTY DISH WATER!! I couldn't eat my supper!! This could mean that either A.) They have not changed the oil, or it's CONTAMINATED!! B.) There's a cross contamination or C.) Improper frying technique. I ordered food through door dash and the date is August 15th. I ordered it somewhere around the 9pm hour. I don't want a "We're so sorry for your experience" kind of response fro whoever controls the review page. I want an explanation as to why (based on other reviews I've read) has this store failed so many food and safety procedures?! It is not that hard to follow guidelines!! Half of my own resume is full of food handling jobs and its very very simple! You should not he serving people bad quality food or even using bad oil! If you wouldn't eat it then DON'T SERVE IT! I want the manager to have a long meeting about food quality and safety with the staff that was working tonight at that time. Read moreSHOUTOUT TO THE CLOSER(S) ON MARCH 18, 2025!! My boyfriend had promised me a treat for helping him with moving and we noticed that sonic was open for 30 more minutes. I meant to order to the kaliste saloom location near ambassador and instead ordered it to this one because it's the one near his new place. We didn't notice until we arrived to the wrong sonic at 11:46 pm and it was already too late to cancel the order and get a refund. In a moment of complete "screw it!" Energy we booked it to the correct sonic and arrived at 11:56. To our shock our food was still there, and we expressed our deepest apologies for keeping them waiting for us. Our car hop had the sweetest attitude and was awesome. Thank you!
EDIT TO ADD!! I got home and was holding my food bag, my shake, and an old pizza box so I had to put my shake on the box in order to open the door. As I close it my shake loses balance and dramatically tumbles towards the ground.
