Extremely amazing experience. Yes, it's an experience. From we moment you turned into the parking lot it was an A+++ experience. The building has cute decorations painted on the outside. There is plenty of parking and the lot was clean and easily accessible. The air conditioning and upbeat Caribbean music hit you as soon as you walk in. The music wasn't blaring either! It was a soothing tone where you could carry a conversation in a normal tone but loud enough where you wanted to dance in your seat. There was a couple of moms with their children eating snocones and everyone looked so happy. There wasn't a line to order. We got immediate service. We didn't know what we wanted so a couple of people ended up in line behind us. They didn't rush us and even answered our questions. The wait was really insignificant. I've waited longer in line for fast food. It was a real surprise when they came out with the pineapple from the inside of the pineapple bowl. Was not expecting that at all. The ice cream strawberry cheesecake snowball pineapple bowl was absolutely refreshing. The syrup wasn't too sweet. It was light. Even after adding the condensed milk it was amazing. The strawberries on top were fresh but frozen. The ice was soft and melted easy. Only a few chunks which was a surprise for the size but they melted quick. The staff was super friendly. The burger was good! Had to add a lot of add ons but good and fresh. Only received 2 ketchup packets. It was warm in there, I was sweating. They forgot my soda and I had to ask for it. It did not come with a cup of ice. I like my tops of my soda can rinsed off. Owner came out to speak with a potential employee did not acknowledge new customers or any customers. It would have been nice if she would have walked around and greeted her customers and ask how is everything! The black guy in the suit was conversing with one customer and one customer only. We would always travel for a good snowball. Im talking like 20-30 miles. We recently moved to Lafayette. And someone recommended this place and its down the very next road from our house. Im 9months pregnant and have been getting snowballs at least 1-3 times a week. And I WISH i knew about this place sooner. Snowball was great. People working the window gave good customer service.
