I went yesterday before work and they made my drink wrong I ordered a shaken espresso with cold foam and caramel drizzle and it was dark brown they didn’t put the drizzle and the cold foam was not sweet it must’ve just been heavy cream. I had to be at work in 5 minutes after that for 13 hours with no break so I had no time to go back so I called this morning to see if they could just remake it today since I had to through it out. They said they would remake it on the phone and they were sweet about it but when I went back in to get it it wasn’t on my account because the guy yesterday didn’t scan it and the girl at the register was like well I’m gonna have to charge you for it if it’s not on your account as if I was lying about getting it and I explained to her that I held my phone up to scan it but he didn’t scan it and I didn’t notice then she proceeded to raise her voice saying I’m gonna have to pay for it. And then finally after arguing with me with the already remade drink in her hand she’s like well I can look in the system I guess. And she found it and finally gave it to me after making me cry because I already felt terrible about going back for it. This is the third time the workers at this Starbucks have made me cry I worked at the canes next door for three years and everyone who worked there agreed their attitude was consistently underwhelming even tho we were the most loyal customers who were also service workers that understood them. Read moreI frequently visit Starbucks ( first time at this location) I have to say this was unpleasant for me. When I walked in the door not one person acknowledged me. Not a hello, welcome to Starbucks or can we help you. I politely went sit at a table to wait for a friend so we could order our drinks. After another 15 minutes of sitting there I was sweating it was so hot not sure if the AC was broken or something. I went to the counter to get a cold drink since my friend was taking so long I'm at the counter about 5-7 minutes before anyone of the three workers even approached me to take an order. At this point I'm upset and I won't lie took everything I had to not speak up and let them know that this was very poor on customer service. I politely told her no never mind I decided I don't need anything told her have a good day and left. I'm now sitting at my McDonald's down the road. When I walked through the door to the front of the building a good distance from the counter I was greeted with not one, not two but four employees very loudly saying good morning how are you today? Read moreI ordered coffee from here today and the door dasher was extremely rude. He text me midway en route to say “ your stuff is all over the place.” When he arrived he rolled down his passenger side window and refused to go back to Starbucks to replace the order that he spilled while driving. He proceeded to through my entire order out of his window, coffee and pastry everywhere! We exchanged a few words and he drove off. I don’t think he was even the person that was supposed to deliver it. The delivery message had a female name in it.
On a good note I called Starbucks to let them know what the door dasher had done and sent them pictures. Morgan accepted my call and apologized On behalf of him. Also told us to come by and they replaced the order. The staff were very pleasant and the coffee was delicious!...
