Went to drive thru, order got a little mixed up. My son and I walked inside. The staff… OMG!!! Let me tell you 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽 THEY ARE IT👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽!!! This dynamic duo mother/daughter team just completely blew my mind! Jumecia and Quedacia Hart are the show of this store! They need to be the show AND face of the BK company! I worked retail management for over 20 years, so I know how hard it is to acquire and keep great employees. With Customer Service, people reach out to the mgmt or the company’s Home office or customer relations way more to complain than they do to give a compliment. Whenever I receive service that is exceptional or above and beyond average, I definitely try to make it known to the employer so it can be recognized, credited , honored, and appreciated. They not only corrected our order as fast as they humanly could, but they actually dropped fresh food and remade our whole order for us!!! I have never met anyone in the fast food industry that was as kind, courteous, empathetic, sympathetic, joyous, respectful, gracious, obliging, thoughtful, considerate, pleasant, I could keep going, but I’m sure there is not enough room! Not only have I NEVER met one person in the fast food industry that was all of that (plus more wrapped into one) but I definitely have NEVER met TWO in the SAME STORE! That is unheard of! These two Beautiful souls are the type of employee that needs to have a hand, foot, or hell even an elbow in your training in some shape, form, or fashion. Of course you cannot emulate a natural gifted caring and compassionate heart and soul. However, if all of your employees had just a minusculed fraction of what these two ladies have in their pinky toe, you would never have any customer complaints. I have only been at this location a couple of times so this is my first time meeting these ladies. I am truly blessed and grateful that I had them to be the ones...
Read moreIf you want attitude with your service then this place is for you. I went to use a Royalty member coupon for BOGO whopper. The coupon is a SIX(6) digit code which I informed the employee of before I began the order. I also added a side of large onion rings and a small fry. For context, during this terrible interaction, there were no other customers. When I get to the first window, I'm told an entirely different order: a whopper MEAL . Then, a very rude shift manager(?) informed me the code entered by the employee was a 4 digit code and the 4 digit code is for a whopper meal. At this point his attitude is unwarranted and unprofessional. He insinuated I provided them a 4 digit code instead of the 6 digit code. I try to remedy the situation by refreshing the app to generate a new code for the same BOGO whopper deal from the app. Next, the employee pretends he can't hear me presenting him the new code. After inputting the code, he tells me my account doesn't exist. During these moments, the employee gave me a look indicating disbelief that my account existed even though I showed him the new code for the coupon. Horrendous service! Makes sense the place was empty. I don't see this Burger King doing successful business much longer. I went to the Burger King on New Franklin right after and received an amazing fresh meal and...
Read moreI don't eat "fast" food often, and this is a great reason why. I arrived to grab the special, which was 2 whopper Jr. For 5$, which was on the big board outside. The front order taker was definitely new and didn't even greet me and ask for my order. I just walked to the register and looked at me. I told her what I wanted, but she didn't seem to understand me, I explained slower so she could get it down and sensed she needed help. The other ladies were all gathered around the order screen, fusing back and forth with the man in the back working. When she told me my order was over $7, I broke up the gossip circle to tell them their employee needed assistance. One came over and did it for her. The food came timely and was made correctly. As I got my order to go, I noticed an older lady with a bag in her hand saying she's been waiting for a minute. I told her she was gonna have to grab their attention if she wanted some service. I'm always disappointed whenever I come here, that's why I hardly ever come, but every couple months, when the last experience finally leaves my memory. And they just install a new bad memory in its place. From what I have seen of management, this is a culture that is accepted and allowed as normal,...
