Pizza Villa — Restaurant in LaGrange

To be honest the new location is not as good to me as the old location. I always raved on the old location. The food and service was always great. This new location seems off with both service and taste of food. I had honestly though pizza villa had closed for good until we googled and found this new location. We ordered a pizza, calzone and cheese steak sandwich. The pizza came out with the wrong crust and very little sauce. My daughter had the buffalo chicken calzone. It wasn't that good according to her and my wife who also tried it. Wish I could tell you why but something wasn't good to them. My cheese steak sandwich had an off taste to the meat itself. Almost a vinegar taste to it. I don't know if it's something that they are seasoning or buying it from a food vendor like that but it was definitely off. I will be back to try it again but just to give the a second or final chance depending on how it goes. Now on to the service... after being seated it took our waiter about seven to ten minutes to find his way to us. We were ready to order by the time he came. He checked on us not too long after taking our order so I thought he was gonna be good. I was wrong. He made his way back to us about fifteen minutes later to tell us that our food would be right out. Ten minutes later it finally arrived. That's when he disappeared. He didn't bring us refills or even to bother checking on us until it was time for the bill. Once again I will say I will go back for a second chance and I truly hope this was just an off night for them as I love pizza villa of the past. However the new location might just end up being another place I drive...

I order there sometimes three times a week . I called to place my regular $43.00 take out order on 7/3/2016 at 9:30 pm mind you they advertise open till 9:45 pm i was told to hold on. The young lady came back and said they were closed. I explained I live exactly a half a block behind them and I frequently order around this time and she she asked another lady if they were still taking orders that last lady said no it's 9 :37pm at this time so I asked if I could come and eat there inside and she said no she was turning the open sign off right then. This is not how you treat your regular customers whom spend around a average of $500.00 a month with you that money is earned by hard work by myself and I choose which Buisness I spend it with and those business that I do spend my money with earn my business and my money this is the third time such treatment has happened. Also if Mr.Tommy was working I don't believe this would have happened because I would have just asked to speak with him and he would have given great customer service as he always has. Unfortunately when I asked to speak with him they said he was on a cruise I'm sure he well deserved his time off and I don't fault him at all for this poor customer service but from now on my money and myself both will just cruise on by Barry and Donna's Pizza Villa in lagrange because they don't need my little $500.00 +/- a month anymore👎. We had a party of 21 last night. We reserved the party room & it is definitely a great place for a large family dinner/birthday party ... Our waitress was Lia❗️❗️ She never missed a beat!!! She was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! She kept our drinks filled/food was served in a timely manner & was hot & delicious!!! I highly recommend Pizza Villa !!!!! Thank you Lia for taking care of our crew. Thank you to Pizza Villa staff for making my mom's 73rd birthday & my granddaughters 10th birthday special. Just an fyi if you happen to get lucky to reserve the party room take plenty of quarters! The games are grest for keeping the little ones entertained & the chalk wall was a huge plus also!!!!!!

A big thank you to Kristen for providing outstanding service for our party of 25. The service at Pizza Villa is top-notch! The staff is friendly, attentive, and goes above and beyond to ensure a memorable dining experience. We have reserved the party room 2x & will definitely reserve it again for more birthdays celebrations. You have your own waitress/restroom/pool table/arcade games & a chalk wall.
