Disappointed is an understatement. Since this location has opened my family and I have been coming once a week sometimes more, overlooking little mishaps here and there. Before this location we did not go to Chick-fil-A because they can portray good customer service but they do not exude hospitality at all. My son has disorders and conditions that affect his diet so we only get him grilled chicken barely ever fruit because we’ve had many problems with unclean and not fresh fruit but we have never complained or left reviews but frankly I am fed up with it all. I ordered breakfast at 10:25am, 5 minutes before breakfast ended and I did arrive to check in the drive thru at 10:31 I did not think it would be an issue because I assumed maybe they were going to be working on the order or atleast see the order when it was placed. Could be my bad could be a problem that the restaurant has all together. I wanted ONE spicy biscuit ONE not spicy and ONE grilled filet for my son because he can’t eat anything else. They said they can’t do the breakfast filet because it’s after the time and they would upcharge me $2 for a lunch grilled filet because it’s a little bigger…… okay. Why can I not receive grilled nuggets of equivalent price?? They also said they only had spicy biscuits so I did not even get what I wanted at all. I was already having a rough morning and so is my not even 2 year old but I didn’t want to take it out on them so I just said okay thanks I’ll just take what you give me. Also a mistake because maybe they were upset that THEY DIDNT EVEN HAVE WHAT I WANTED and were focused on the wrong things because one of the spicy biscuits isn’t FULLY COOKED! With all that being said, we have no issue completely cutting Chick-fil-A out of our diet and our minds because there’s no consideration even a little. Read moreThere's a reason this Chick Fil A is rated poorly. Their customer service is trash. Management possesses zero problem solving abilities, specifically manager Melissa. I work locally in customer service at the LOWEST tier and possess the abilities to do more for customers than she either can or will. She gave me my points back for an order I never even received. Isn't that supposed to be the bare minimum she's supposed to do? Oh she did add a measly ice cream cone for the trouble of my fiance going back and forth with the drive thru lady forever, then paying for a meal that was already paid for, then me being on hold for over 20 minutes for a resolution. THANKS. Also, there was no actual acknowledgement of accountability on anyone's part. Was it the employee or the system? I don't think she actually looked into anything. Read moreIt really pains me to even type this, but enough is enough. I’ve been loyal to this Chick-Fil-A management for as long as I can remember but enough is really enough. Me and my wife love this Chick-Fil-A, but they have MAJOR problems with their salads. Every time we have ordered a salad something is incorrect. Either the wrong type of chicken has been placed on there, or they forget the dressing, or they do not provide a fork. I think we have ordered a salad from this Chick-Fil-A 7 or 8 times and all but one of them has been incorrect.
It seems like the staff is more concerned with standing around talking to one another rather than customer service. At this point, incorrect orders are so frequent we are going to have to take our business to Chick-Fil-A’s parkway location.
