Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in LaGrange

2nd Update. I wish I could give 0 stars. After 30 minutes, the tracker still says prep by Michael. The tracker's wait time said 7-14 minutes after placing my order. My husband checked twice and it STILL wasn't put in the oven. I thought maybe trying Domino's again, 2 years later with new staff that it would be better. Nope, it is worse. Terrible service on top of inaccurate orders and slow pace.

UPDATE: The pizza was remade. Its burnt, not cut, and has sauce oozing out from the cheese. My stomach can not tolerate a lot of sauce from Domino's. Which is why I order LIGHT sauce. The pizza also doesn't have extra cheese. We used to order weekly. This place and its workers are garbage quality.

I ordered med, light sauce, extra cheese, mushroom pizza. My pizza had 2 inches of pizza per slice and the rest was crust. It also did not have extra cheese. This location messes up our order 50% of the time and we order frequently. I always order light sauce,, extra cheese, and mushrooms. Usually when they mess up i don't call and complain. The tracker never popped up so I waited 20 minutes before heading to pick up my pizza. Employee asked my name and walked off without a word. Upon entering my tracker loaded and said my pizza was being prepared. 20 minutes later it went in the oven. There are seven employees in the store that I can see and I can hear dishes moving around in the back. After telling the cashier my name I didn't think I had to check the tracker. She put the pizza under the warmer and didn't call out my name like she had when other orders were ready. So I was still waiting after my pizza was ready, after having waited 45 minutes for a single pepperoni pizza. I asked the cashier if my order was ready and she handed it to me without a word again. I asked her why I was waiting if it's her job to get the pizza to the customer. She shrugged. No apology, no explanation. I told her that that was her job and she got offended. Was lied to by manager (Jessica?). Ordered online for carside pickup. Got there early. Waited for two cars to leave that was ahead of me. The manager was freed up as no customers were being waited on. I waited another few minutes then walked in. I don't have a problem with going in to get my order. But when I get inside the same manager was speaking on her personal phone. I waited a few minutes for help. No problem. I pointed out that someone stopped the online tracker and updated that pizza was brought out. (had to be her). She said she would issue a credit to my account. Today I go in store to order and was told no credit is on my account. I explained to on duty manager the situation and the lies that were told to no avail. I will now go up the chain to let them K ow the type of managers they have. I'm an easy going guy but believe in honesty and integrity. This will be resolved by real managers or corporate but this store and managers gets 1 star for...
