I am greeted at the counter by Miriam who asks what I would like to order. In the middle of my order a woman walks in the restaurant with a dog and Miriam walks away and starts helping this woman who wants to buy a hamburger for her dog. Next she is chatting with the woman asking about the dog while I am standing there in the middle of my order. Finally after I ask her to please finish taking my order she comes back. I order a chicken sandwich combo meal with fries and an iced tea. I then start to order a kids meal for my child when she stops me and says she has to first make my drink before she can take the second order???? Talk about inefficient! The total comes to $11.09. I hand her a $20 bill and then reach into my pocket for a dime but she says she cannot take it because she already entered $20 in the register and can't change it so she has to give me 91 cents back??!! Finally my wife goes back to the counter to get the Frosty that came with the kids meal and she has to wait almost 10 minutes until the line of new customers is finished before anyone acknowledges her. Meanwhile the whole time we are eating our meal we watch various customers coming up to the counter complaining. Read moreI'm not one to write bad reviews but this wendys location is terrible and dirty. I went in on my lunch and ordered the 4 for 4$ to go, the manager came up, asked me what I wanted, told me my total and walked away. I stood there for about 2 minutes and then walked away with my drink without a receipt. A few other people order and about 10 minutes have gone by and I still haven't gotten my food. I go up to the counter and he sees me and tells the cooks to make my food and starts preparing my food with no gloves on, then puts in on a tray and I tell him I ordered it to go(have about 12 minutes left on lunch), he picks up the tray and slides everything in a bag and says here. I ate the burger but I couldn't touch the fries or nuggets after seeing him push the fries down or pick up the nuggets with his fingers, its disgusting. Read moreWhen ordering, said I had an app order for free fries. At window, Domenic put out credit card machine, so I put in my card &said I also had app code to scan. He got flustered, said it already ran through & I should have told him that first. I told him I said that when ordering. He said "We'll I didn't take your order!" I said how would I know that. He continued to say I should have told him. I said I didn't know how their system worked. Obviously he wasn't going to correct this, but did say I could use the app next time, to which I said there would not be a next time.
It isn't the money; it is the principle of the thing, poor customer service, and the attitude! Domenic - the guy with a heart over his "i"! 🙄 He's not who should be at the window with his poor...
