Hardee’s — Restaurant in Lake Alfred

After starting my order with a lady with the drive threw a man started talking over her and I had to start my order completely over. He was talking so loud it sounded like he was screaming at me. I ordered a large in sweet tea that I repeated several times because he kept saying a large sweet tea. When I pulled up to the window I complained about how loud he was threw drive threw because I just assumed he didn’t know because the girl I talked to briefly before that was at a normal volume.James then got a attitude with me using calling me “honey” and “dear” I asked him to stop calling me that because it was rude, he then said I’m from the south and that’s how he talks to people. I just suggested maybe he moved the microphone away from his mouth a little which cause more of an argument. I’ve never argued with someone who was demeaning to someone just trying to help because the drive threw volume is offensive. I know I won’t be returning while he is working there, and if he is rude to other customers I’m sure they will feel the same way. I wish I could give 0 stars. Came here and spent $25 for my husband and I for dinner.. got home and noticed they charged me for his whole meal and left out his fry and had given me a kids cheeseburger when I had asked for a single. Tried to call 2 times to which someone answered once and hung up. I drove all the way back and the lady at the window was rude as she could be. She took both the kids cheeseburger back as well as the chicken platter which I understood then continued to tell me my total was 2.46. I should’ve just asked for a full refund at this point and given all the food back. I probably spend $10 in gas driving back and forth. Then when I got home the cheeseburger that I had then had to pay additionally for literally tasted like rubber and looked like rubber as well, so much to the point I took one bite and threw it away. What a waste of money. I will NOT be returning and am so disgusted with this place. Stay...

Excited to pass a Hardee's, I hadn't eaten since the morning before and had my mouth ready for the Frisco breakfast sandwich with an extra fried egg. I asked them to cut it in half. I pulled around and parked so they could bring my hour food out. Upon checking there was almost no meat on the sandwich and it wasn't cut in half. I went inside, showed them and asked for it to be done over. They called Mgt from the back who said "there's 4 pcs of meat on there. They just didn't spread it out". 😮 Rather than fix it, that's the response I got. I decided to ask for a refund. She asked for my receipt b/c the way the girl rang it in drive thru and the way she rang it, yielded 2 different totals!!! I left frustrated and hungry. One of the employees said "you might as well let her keep it since we just find throw it away anyway." Just know......
