Luigi's Restaurant — Restaurant in Lake Alfred

3 of us came in. We are of the working class. So we probably looked a little rough but still. Our service was horrible. We work all over the state and eat in many different restaurants across the board. I'd have to say that this restaurant would be on the bottom of my list if I had to choose. The server came over and was not friendly at all. Sat us in the corner. Never asked if we would like a soft drink or Tea. We all 3 ordered and never got a choice of salad to go with it. The food was mediocre at best. Half warm. My pasta was chewy. I had the Cheese Ravioli with red sauce. My co worker got the lasagna. He said it was still cold. My other co worker got Spaghetti with Meatballs. He said his was OK. Had to ask for more bread. Had to ask for lemon for my water. We were almost treated as 2nd class citizens. My favorite place to eat in Lake Alfred, this is a great place to visit for dinner. The staff is polite and professional, and are always quick to address any issues you may have with your order. While the main dining area is quite small, the restaurant has a nice back area for larger parties to sit comfortably.

While everything I've tried here is really good, their chicken marsala has become my go-to. Order the vegetables with it; they're delicious! Portions are well sized; I usually end up taking a portion home for lunch the next day. I also highly recommend the cannoli; it's my absolute favorite thing on the menu. It isn't too heavy, and can be easily split between two people. While I love visiting this location for a sit down dinner, their pizzas are also really great, and you have the option to order anything on the menu for pick up.

What to the restaurant and ordered pasta fagioli. The order came to the table and it was noodles broth and red beans. That was the only three ingredients in my bowl. The main dish was as bland. I gave it some time and wanted to give them a second chance because everybody has a bad day so I look their menu up online and you can't read a single thing off any of it because the menu was shiny and the person taking the pictures was using their cell phone and you can even see their silhouette in the menu but you cannot see the names of items or their prices.
