Title: message to those in customer service. I was just treated with the most disrespect. I went back to inform them that the box was filled with mostly heads with no tails. Whether they gave me a refund or replaced the box, i simply wanted to inform them. He basically called me liar, told me there was no way this could be possible, he took a picture of the box and said he was sending it to his wife, asked another guy working for his opinion and the other guy agreed. As i tried to explain that the box was not tampered with and the crawfish was not eaten, he talked over me. He said i should be ashamed coming back asking for a replacement for such a cheap food item.
