Burger King — Restaurant in Lake Charles

Yes, every one I went to was slow. But my experience is that it's cooked after you order it, not before. True, there maybe times where the wait time seems long. But when you go to most other famous restaurants, their burgers are sitting patties under a heat light in a tray with other pre-cook patties. After all it is called a restaurant. Good service takes a minute or so to properly prepare. If you ever been to a restaurant. Plus I must admit, that I'm a little bit prejudice. But I like Burger King. There burgers are larger, not just the buns, the patties also. So I feel I get my money's worth. Plus the continued renovations are for our convenience & confort. A 2 customers came in the other day & ordered 2 Texans w/ fries. They hide there large 32oz+ thermoses at the table while the other ordered. Once they recieved their meal they filled the goblets with drinks. One of the personnel whom took their order was filling up the drink machine with ice notice & informed his supervisor. She politely informed them that next time they must pay for there refreshments. She walked away, they grumbled some obscenities & left a mess at the table. My 8 year old asked, why were they upset daddy. Didn't we have to pay for our drinks. I told her, it's ok. They didn't understand. I cleaned up their mess because they were busy up front, me my daughter left. I can't say Burger King doesn't make errors. So do I. But they will correct an order, even if you have left the store & went back with your receipt. Remember, we all have occupations. Be they at work or work at home. Patience has always been the key to a successful operation or business. Temperance is manageable. So I support the hard working employees & staff members at Burger King . Plus the new ideas & renovations they are making for...

Management and Staff are freindly. Majority (not all) of the staff were outgoing to be expected for a small town restaurant. Appears to be recently build or remodeled. I am impressed on clean the restroom was also how well kept and clean the facility is. I ordered inside and the Manager on duty offered me condiments. I ordered a strawberry banana smoothie (only flavor currently offered at this locstion) and I was delighted to have it served with whipped cream and strawberry syrup. First time I've ever received these flavors for this treat; having it offered is a major plus because I have eaten at Burger King in multiple cities and again this is a plus. Way to go Lake Charles, Louisiana. I hope local resdients can agree with my compliaments as I was only passing through. I also hope the current Managers and future management of the establishment continue to improve their service and learn from any mistakes they make by listening to their customers and employees concerns😀.

At 10pm at night with no cars in line I ordered my food and was rushed. Upon paying at the window I tried to order extra items and she refused saying I would have to drive around and reorder because she was on a timer and her time was going up!!! Like first of all I've worked for Burger King and your customer service is always supposed to be your main priority not your dam clock. All four orders of fries were cold the burgers were cold and the workers had the nerve to laugh in my face when I asked how there new tacos were. Then the boy brings out my order continuing to laugh and says I guess these are yours since there's two orders and walks off after shoving them in my hand.i will never come back to this Burger King and I will never ask anyone to try going to this store.
