Happy Donuts — Restaurant in Lake Charles

Very disappointed in this company, especially the management. With permission from supervisor, a box for drawing entries for free facials was left for one week only. When week was up, at first the employees insisted that facial entry box had been picked up. Then story changed to box was thrown away. They knowingly threw away property belonging to someone else, and the manager refuses to even speak to us to resolve the issue. While donuts are good their business practices are poor. If manager/owner didn't want it displayed, then she should have called to have box picked up early or put it aside. Do not destroy...

I made a large order and didn't think I needed to verify something as simple as a donut order, especially when ordering only one kind of donut. I made the mistake thinking a simple order of chocolate covered donuts would be correct. Guess what? After arriving home 30 miles away, every donut was wrong! What a great start to the day for a bunch of unhappy children when they opened the boxes and saw not one single chocolate donut.
