Best wings in LC is definitely a bold take. I got the craw wings and the shrimp fried rice and I’ve decided I’m going to start a petition to rename both items the “NaCl wing” and the “MSG fried NaCl rice”. The wings did not taste like a crawfish boil and instead tasted like I was licking a juicy salt brick that ended up greasing my brand new t-shirt. Ditto to the rice, just add 4 tablespoons of MSG and three baby shrimp that were probably miscarried by their shrimp mother. 22 bucks is insane and I can get double the food at WingStop minus the copious amounts of salt and MSG. I am not a big fan of heavily sauced wings. So, I was quite excited to see that multiple items here seem to have wings with thin sauce.

I’m a garlic fan hence, I had to get the Ms.craw wang. I was very impressed with how flavorful each wings are with the right amount of saltiness.

the owner was very welcoming so that’s a plus for me since I get very anxious going to new establishments.

Bonus: this is definitely a me thing, but when I got my food in those styrofoam container, I noticed that they poked holes on top to let the steam out. Our family treated ourselves Friday (1/10/25) when we decided to order lunch from Wang Sister! From the moment the phone was answered to the moment I drove off with the food, the service was more than amazing. I felt like I was talking to family. I informed them of my allergy to crawfish boil and the lovely lady made sure to explain how everything was separated ( which i assumed. Just needed to say it).
