Starbucks — Restaurant in Lake Forest

I always request it with no ice, and I’ve never had any issues before. However, this time, a lady with a lip ring and bangs prepared my drink. When she handed it to me, I was surprised to see that it was only three-quarters full. I’ve been to this Starbucks many times and have always received a full cup, so I was taken aback by this unexpected change. I wondered if she had made a mistake or if something had gone wrong during the preparation. The experience left me feeling a bit frustrated. I expect consistency when I order something, especially when it’s a regular item. Next time, I might ask for an explanation if the same thing happens again, as I believe I should get what I’m paying for. This is a Starbucks! The cafe is a typical medium sized Starbucks cafe, decorated with the normal basic furniture. Plenty of seating outside and a few inside. They offer the same standard menu items, with the expected display cases of products to purchase.

Nothing really stands out about this location, except the staff and the hours. They have the shortest hours I've ever seen for a standard Starbucks; opens at 5AM every morning (except the weekend when it's 6AM), and closes promptly at 4PM in the afternoon. This was a weird experience for Starbucks. It seemed like everyone working that day was new.
