London Bridge Ice Cream Parlor — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

Horrible customer service. The big lady was rude and demanding. There was 3 kids and 4 adults in our group. The lady demanded we order every single item before she would even start making them. Felt racially profiled against as soon as we walked in. She wasn’t welcoming, had a bad attitude and clearly hates life. Told us she only takes cash and doesn’t have change for a $100 when she didn’t even know how many items we were ordering.We explained the kids would like to order themselves. Mind you were on a family vacation and wanted the kids to have a great experience. She said it doesn’t work like that, that she wants every item, every flavor and we need to pay before she starts making them. The kids were indecisive on what they wanted and she had no patience with the kids. Ended up throwing their icees in the trash in front of them and told them she’s not making them anything and to get out her store. The kids had to experience this lady being aggressive on their first trip to havasu. Most disrespectful and worst customer service I have ever experienced. The company should be ashamed on having someone like her representing their company. She walked out the ice cream parlor and got in my moms face. So unprofessional and a miserable lady. Would not recommend this location to anyone. Not welcoming and definitely not family friendly. There are plenty other ice cream parlors on the London Bridge that treats you with respect and a great experience. My family and I will never return and you shouldn’t...

The lady that serves you is really rude. There is a sign that says if you find all 8 ducks you get a surprise. When we were looking while others in our family were ordering she told us "wait until you order." If she asks someone to order other than you and you try to order she says "wait your turn." The only good part abt this place is it is thrifty ice cream. She makes her own "bank charges" when you use your card. The first time we went she was the exact same way so we gave her the benefit of the doubt but nothing changed. Sorry but there are way more welcoming, nicer looking ice cream places just a few feet...

Arrived about 5:15 and spotted the CASH ONLY sign. Asked the lone employee where nearest ATM was git a a very uninterested reply of ... in the hotel lobby. We had no idea where the hotel lobby was but did find it, git cash and returned back to shop about 5:45. Same disinterested employee then tells us the place is closing soon so only ice cream is available. Between the asinine cash only policy, the rude and uncaring customer service, and the fact we were sent on a money quest and then denied the shaved ice rhe place boldly advertises this place gave us nothing in the way of value so they get nothing...
