The chai (loose leaf) has a strong cinnamon taste. It wasn’t to my liking and they were happy to replace it with a recommendation of Passion fruit and smells so good!

Finally got the wifi to work. Took more than 5 tries, more like 10-15.

After waiting in a long line (not an issue), we finally reached the counter. The barista tried to take our order while she was busily doing other things. I’ve worked in a coffee house and familiar with the busy atmosphere- it’s perfectly acceptable to inform a customer you’ll be with them in a minute. Regardless, the order itself came out fine. We ordered an iced chai, iced dirty chai (we requested in-house glass cups to reduce waste), an almond bar, two muffins & a quiche (the food was delicious).

The iced chai I ordered tasted like cinnamon water. I returned the drink (no hassle) and asked for a hot tea instead. The barista brought it out in a togo paper cup with a plastic lid. Maybe she was new/distracted- I recognize my experience has more to do with me then it does with her but we requested in-house glasses for a reason.

One other thing, the wifi was a hassle. I asked for the password and clarified a second time. When I mentioned the trouble connecting to the wifi, the barista laughed and said it takes 5 or so tries. We’ve been here at least 30 minutes and have yet to connect...

This is a great place to hang out for coffee, quick breakfast or light lunch and snack. Awesome customer service-bar none. Wish they have a low and short disability ramp by the front entrance. I would drop by at least 3x a week if they do. Update: 07-20-2019. I have no idea if this place is still accessible on the front after street and condo finishes construction. For the time being that it is not, the back entrance is only available but not for people with mobility problems. W/c access at back still very steep-even with for people not on w/c. I was really looking forward to drinking a latte at Street Side Coffee today because of all the great reviews. I ordered a latte with oatmilk and the barista informed me that the register is not set up for 8 oz drinks and she would have to charge me the 12 oz price. I asked if there was a way for her to override the computer but no she could not. I have been a barista and there are ways to circumvent extra charges to accommodate a customer. She was absolutely unwilling to even try. Terrible customer service...
