Wild Coffee - Main Street — Restaurant in Lake Havasu City

I stopped in driving through town as I just hadn't had a chance to eat and it was getting close to 2 pm. No trouble finding the shop. I was confused trying to order a lunch sandwich that as it turned out was not being offered by the coffee place but it was separate and there was no one there.

I opted for My Roots Bagel. Not sure why it's called that. Was warm and decent to eat but the tomato slice was thin and I questioned how ripe it really was. The sandwich was more of a snack than a meal. Interesting to call it a bagel, bread roll, like a bagel??? I liked it warm as it was a bit crispy.

My oat cappuccino was a Latte, no foam and 12 oz of milk. Have only been able to drink a bit of it. It's not bad, but is sweet, too sweet, and has an aftertaste I don't like. Not sure if it's free of additional chemicals/sweeteners? Cannot taste the coffee at all.

The coffee was excellent and unfortunately they had a limited selection of muffins but the one I had was blueberry and it was great. They could use a little more seating they definitely have the room for it. One thing I noticed is the staff are all chatting with each other so much they're not spending as much time on the customers as they should. For example I find it odd that they deliver drinks out to the vehicles by walking out there but they won't walk into the coffee shop and deliver your coffees to your table they just yell it out and have it at the counter which is what Starbucks does and these smaller coffee shops should be differentiating themselves with service. I ordered the breakfast sandwich with a plain bagel, bacon, and replaced the cheese with cheddar cheese. It was made well and tasted delightful. The gentleman Tuk was at the register. He displayed excellent customer service. As demonstrated by his great listening skills and making suggestions. My first time at this location.
