A Big Thank You to Steve and Erica for making my "Dream Wedding Ring" come true!

When I got engaged over 22 years ago, I wanted a ring that sat low, so it wouldn't catch on my gloves in my medical profession. Now that I recently retired and after a few years of looking for the right re-setting of my "heavy metal" platinum ring with a center, round stone with 2 side, pear shaped stones (which was challenging to find), I finally found the right ring design, that was "light and airy" and the right jewelers to make my wish come true.

You can, clearly see, in the BEFORE AND AFTER PHOTOS below...how heavy my original, platinum ring was and the stones just didn't "sparkle" anymore, because I couldn't clean them, buried in the metal.

Steve and Erica, truly delivered! Steve was so patient with me. Luckily, I knew and found the design ahead of time, which helped. After Erica removed my old stones, Steve showed me, the stones on his computer. Then he cleaned the stones and we looked at them again, on his computer. What a difference! The stones "sparkled" again! Steve also took the time to evaluate and take in my trade-in jewelry at a great price.

Erica did a an amazing job on my customized ring. It looks brand new! I just loves how it "sparkles" after all these years. I am so happy with their professionalism, kindness and patience. I needed a major repair done on my ring. My husband was terminally Ill , and a month before he passed I noticed my ring had a diamond missing and a prong had broken off too. No idea how I could have done that. I was devastated though. I told my husband and he had such a sad look on his face and said we’ll get it fixed. I could have had this done just about anywhere near home, but I reached out to Steve who is a native from the Kenosha area. They have done work for us before and it was above our expectations. I asked if they could fix my ring, and without hesitation Steve agreed. I knew I was in good hands. I suddenly had one last request, I wanted to have my husbands ring resized for me. 6.5 sizes smaller. I thought they might say it wasn’t going to be possible to go down many sizes but, they again agreed. I followed Steve and Erica all the way from their old location in Kenosha Wisconsin where they made a custom wedding band to match my wife's engagement ring. Which was BEAUTIFUL! I was so glad to find that an easy google search lead me to them and their new shop in Havasu City just like they said. Steve is the easiest and most honest person to work with and Erica makes the magic happen! This time they made a custom ring to celebrate the birth of our first son. No detail left untouched and to say they go the extra mile to make sure their customers are happy with the jewelry they have created is an understatement! I would 100% no hesitation recommend them to anyone who needs anything from simple to extravagant as they have done both for me with no difference in service from start to finish!
